Expensive for what the room offered. Fridge not working, kettle would have been appreciated, shower curtain-water went out of the shower while showering making a mess

The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the rooms beside you. The toilet flushes really loud and the shower is small

The location is the best!!! It’s in the center of Capri town and there is a bus stop and a taxi service right outside the hotel. The breakfast is small but satisfying

Hotel staff were amazing, restaurant staff were a little disrespectful. Otherwise a lovely experience.

Lack of choice with breakfast. We had an issue checking in, one member of staff said to come back for 12pm to check in and then on return we were told we couldn’t check in till 2pm so we were left waiting around.

The location was perfect! The view from the balcony was the like a postcard!

No hot water kettle, no iron and poor service for people living in the hotel. They have a nice restaurant but not much service for the hotel guests.

The hotel location is excellent. It is right in the middle of everything Capri has to offer. Only issue is that the hotel room was 3 floors down from the main street. And there was no one to help move the luggage down the stairs. Also the hotel does not have iron and hot water kettle in the room. When we asked, they said they don't have it. The room was ok. The shower was very small but we liked the location.

Signage mentions the restaurant, but does not clearly indicate the hotel. There are steps to get to the hotel and restaurant, which might be a problem for some travelers.

Excellent location a short walk from the top of the funicular, with an excellent view of the sea and harbor below. On-site restaurant was very good also.

Furniture is outdated but we didn't mind this. Annoyed with some staff who seemed REALLY (and unnecessarily) annoyed for politely asking, after check in, whether we could have an Aperol Spritz. Perhaps it was end of their shift (?) but we can't know this and could have easily politely refused, which was not going to be a problem for us. One of them went a little ballistic for no reason. I hope it was just a bad day for this employee. At the end of our holiday, they initially asked 30euros for these 2 spritz (and then 'discounted' to 20euros). Internet was mehh too.

The room was damp. The elder waiter for dinner in the restaurant was snooty.

The sheets weren't changed for all our 5 days stay. Very bad smell coming from the toilet. The breakfast was and I quote "italian, not european" s-o it only consists of one croissant person and one coffee per person, orange/pineapple juice, biscuits, Nutella and Jam. Very poor!

The hotel was în central square of Capri, very close to bus station, foniculare and nice restaurants. The towels were changed and the bed was made everyday. The room had a balcony with nice view. Cheap price for Capri and location Room looks like the pictures with ok furniture.

Terribly noisy. Restaurant was above some of the rooms so the sounds of moving chairs and thuds until midnight kept us up both nights. The staff were also very loud whilst we were in our room with their changeroom at the end of our corridor.

The property is located inside the da Giorgio restaurant so we had a lot of trouble finding the entrance as there was no signs, however the staff were very helpful and came out to find us when we arrived.

Perfect location right next to the bus stop in Capri to get anywhere on the island. Pretty much located in the Capri town, views from the balcony are amazing and the rooms themself were very nice and comfortable.
