The location was a little remote, making it slightly tricky to explore the island. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room and a fine would be given if you brought any food/drink into your room from off sight.

The staff were excellent and made you feel at home! The spa, pools and views with outstanding-I enjoyed 2 treatments. The room size was great with a lovely view:)

Relaxing and quiet hotel with a good amount of sun loungers/ free towel and good sized pool. Excellent and extremely helpful owners who gave great recommendations for dining out in Forio and the local area. Free shuttle service helped us get around the island as well as the local bus service which stops just outside the hotel. Clean rooms and a great view.

The property itself was beautiful. But what made our stay truly unique are the hosts - Alexandra and Giuseppe. Thank you guys for the hospitality, your care, amazing recommendations of things to do, places to go. Your love for your island made this trip very special for us!

I have never felt so welcome at a hotel! The hosts, shuttle drivers, and other staff were all so wonderful. They gave us such good advice about where to go and helped us so much with making reservations for dinners/taxis. The property itself is so beautiful and the garden/pool is so relaxing. I wish we could’ve stayed much, much longer!

This is a relaxing, comfortable hotel in a peaceful location. The breakfast and dinner are varied and tasty.

The beds are not the most comfortable because they are very firm. Some hedges could use a bit of grooming, but it was early spring so maybe they just hadn't gotten to it yet.

The staff is exceptional, so kind and helpful! We have never experienced a nicer staff anywhere in the world. The thermal pools are so relaxing.The view is great. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. There are so many breakfast choices on the morning buffet and the meals are delicious at breakfast and dinner. Free shuttle to and from various points.

The mantainance of the pool could be much better Not very central, a bit isolated you need a car to go anywhere (they explained to me that the hotel is Panza and not really Forio). On the other hand it can be a bonus as it is very very quiet I was surprised to read on the welcome info that if I wanted to bring a bottle of water from outside, they might charge for plastic waste (if this is the case, they should really decrease the price of the water as 3€ for 1L of water is a robbery

The staff was very friendly and polite The "navetta" (transport) service was efficient and allowed us to go to different places without having to call the taxi The room was clean and had towels, shampoo, soap, AC etc (the view was breathtaking). The food is fresh and amazingly prepared

We were amazed with the hotel It is so beautiful, peaceful, and the staff is wonderful. We were very disappointed that the spa was still closed due to sanitary restrictions which we were not aware of. We would have booked in a cheaper hotel if we had known that fact. But our stay was a wonderful experience We wanted to rest and it was paradise ! Thanks a lot.
