Air conditioning was set to season rather than daily temperature, so our room was hot and no air conditioning available.

Location was excellent in the main shopping area and very close to restaurants and bars and the old town and marina.

Our room was at the front of the hotel so there was noise from the street, soundproofing for the windows could be better.

Hotel is well located close to the old town and the waterfront, as well as close to the shopping streets that run from the train station to the old town. Room was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and breakfast included a reasonable selection.

A perfectly located hotel. Clean and comfortable. We had the junior suite, which is a great room with city view but can be very noisy during the night due to noise from outside. This may bother some. Breakfast is simple but good. Staff were nice and the room is cleaned very well on a consistent basis. Overall, a good hotel which we do not hesitate to stay in on other occasions.

A member of the reception staff told us that we could only have sandwiches in the restaurant in the evening. When we went to the restaurant this was not the case. More awareness and communication is needed.

The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location was very good. The reception staff were helpful in planning visits.

Probably the only thing I didn’t like were the plastic cups in the room.

The room was very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near the central railway station and the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent.

The personnel was somewhat "invisible", but we didn't really need their assistance. The only problem is, the things are aging, and grease stains on the bed head-part, falling soap holder on the wall, and stains on the carpets are a bit discomfortable. Alltogether the room was comfy and clean though.

The location is perfect for a visit in Bari. The breakfast was various and good, we enjoyed the fresh baked croissants very much. The price in January was good, and the heating was great, though on one day we were so overheated we had to sleep by an open window. The people were nice.

We had two rooms one for us and one for our children. Get a room facing the street otherwise it will be too hot in the room and the courtyard provides minimal airflow.

I would have appreciate a welcome bottle of water, instead of charging me for that. I would have preferred a room without carpet.

Arrived on a Friday night and from the start had issues with our electronic room card. Despite the cards being programmed over and over again, they still did not give access to our room (inside the room cards worked fine). Eventually, the reception gave us an old traditional door key..... we departed on Wednesday and still had issues with room entry. One expects that such issues would have been reported to hotel maintenance and dealt with. This, albeit annoying, would not stop us from returning to the hotel for further stays.

Overall, this was a very central and well-kept hotel. Breakfast was as good as we have experienced anywhere we have visited. Staff pleasant.

No real issues

This was our second stay at this hotel. Whilst our room was a bit on the small size we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Location was excellent and old Bari was only about a five minute walk. Breakfast was okay and typical of a large hotel.

The location is prefect, in the middle of everything in Bari - The old town, the waterfront, the train station and the shopping. The rooms were clean and nice sized. The staff was helpful and friendly. The included breakfast had an ample buffet.
