Paid approx £30 extra for Lake view.. Was only partial view so a bit misleading... & costly mistake. Looks like all non lake views are partial in this Hotel.

We didn't use the pool but it is smaller than it looks like on the pictures. Also, we opened the balcony in the evening for a few second only and SO many bugs came inside the room. It would be nice if the staff warned us about this problem. There are a lot of bugs in this area so I'm pretty sure that's something that happens often.

Location is perfect, the coffee and breakfast are also great. The rooms are a bit small but we didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't bother us. There's plenty of parking space.

None, the hotel meets expectations from a 3-star hotel.

The location is in 10 min walk to Sirmione historical center. It has free parking. The breakfast was good in a restaurant with Lake Garda view. The staff are friendly. The rooms had the required amenities. The guests are free to use the facilities after check out except the rooms (e.g. parking, toilet, yard, bar, luggage storage etc.).

Lovely lady on reception who was very helpful with local information for our stay. Room was perfect for the 3 of us with a beautiful view over the Lake. Good variety at breakfast.

The view from room 24 is not wonderful. And on the balcony or next to it there is a big waterpipe making noise. In our room the safety box got stuck and it took quite some time to fix it (by the reception and another man).

We appreciated the breakfast for its excellent quality and the opportunity to have it every day on the terrace with the view of the lake. Also parking the car is easy and it's a short walk to the centre of Sirmione. The garden has trees for shade, and is absolutely quiet, at least in September.

Location of the hotel is great - within walking distance of all the main attractions. We also loved the little jetty in the garden that you could jump off straight into the lake. The pool area and room were always very clean. The hotel staff were really nice - they even collected my towel when it blew off the balcony on a windy night :-)

The rooms are bit dated, but it’s reasonably priced so you get what you pay for.

Brilliant stay at the Hotel, staff were great and very helpful. Location is great, only a 10 min walk into old town. The view at breakfast is stunning!

The shower could have done with being a little more powerful. Oh and the mosquitos, but certainly not going to blame that on the hotel, take plenty of repellant!

Location was excellent, only 5-10 min to the centre of Sirmione, our room had a stunning view of the lake, it was larger than most hotel rooms, maybe slightly dated, but that didn't bother us, it was spotlessly clean and lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and very friendly staff. Beautiful sunsets and loved the pool!

Bed was a bit hard, maybe more pillows but I’m being picky!

10 minute walk from Sirmione centre which was perfect as meant it was quiet from the busy centre. It was right on the lake. We had room 16 which had a balcony overlooking the lake which was perfect! We went for long weekend so was a great base for exploring. Last day we chilled on the grass by the pool and swam in the lake. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast and lunch selection was great. Room was big and very clean. Liked the shower gel and soap dispensers - thought good addition. Oh and liked the croissants and bakery bits at breakfast 😋

The location was great right on the Lake and only a short walk to the main town. Everything is very close by. The hotel has everything you need although the rooms are a little out dated but absolutely fine with gorgeous view from the balcony. Pool is clean and plenty of sun lounges. Breakfast was generous and most of the staff very pleasant and helpful.

The beds are comfortable, and the included breakfast exceeded our expectations with a large selection to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, about 500 meters from Sirmione castle. Grotte di Catullo at the end of the peninsular is a spectacular site and well worth a visit. We would stay here again.

Fab breakfast. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The bar/lobby was really nice place to finish your day. The view of the lake was spectacular. The bird life was amazing any time of day. The room was comfortable, but a little small and dated, although the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was fab. Location was spot on, just a 10min leisurely stroll yo the town, which was stunning.
