Really nice and helpful host - Simona. Explained everything for my late check-in, good advice the neighbourhood... Room was clean. Everything as mentioned in the add. It is a bit off the main monuments etc. but super for soccer stadium. Very easy to get to city by running (nice bike/running path just on the other side of the river). I chose the place due to my work meeting place but would mind to stay there as a turist as well. The price was quite OK for the period... The only "negative" was a kind of boiler at the balcony that started one day to do a bit of noise in the morning when people were starting to take shower but overall very nice stay.

Just back from the 3 nights stay . Beautiful room, immaculate clean, very quiet district. Comfy bed and self service all day breakfast. A special thank you to Simone who was very kind to extend our keys till the very evening so we could leave our luggage on the premises . Definitely 10 out of 10

Quiet street near the stadio olimpico. Despite the close proximity to 60,000 people singing and cheering post match it was safe and quiet. Simona was so warm and helpful as the owner.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. The room where we stayed was very clean as well as the private bath inside the room. The breakfast room is open 24 hours which is very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. The WiFi connection is very good. Free parking on the street in front of the building was convenient. If all the spaces are filled, there are usually several places to park within walking distance of the building. The area is clean, with large shade trees along the main boulevard. The area also appears to be safe walking at night. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Our taxi dropped us nearby, but the apartment was a little hard to locate first time. Just follow your hosts instructions and you'll get there! Simone is very quick to respond to messages and will rescue you if needed :)

Comfortable room and ensuite were exceptionally clean, and serviced daily. The shared kitchen facilities are clean and well supplied with food and drinks as a 24 hour breakfast smorgasbord. Simona was very welcoming and helpful - and her recommendations for local food were excellent. Don't miss the local trattoria! Additionally she gave us great instructions in the local transport - and tram 2 does indeed get you straight into the central city tourist area. Couldn't be simpler. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the tram or a short walk to Foro Italico. A fairly quiet residential area, out of the tourist crowds.

located very close to the bus/tram station for very easy access to central Rome and all it has to offer. excellent location if you are in Rome for sporting events at Stadio Olimpico only a ten minute easy walk across the river bridge.

We highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect. Located in a quite area, a ten minute walk to Stadio Olimpico, a two minute walk to the tram, the breakfast bar is open all day and the host is super friendly.
