Amaizing family run hotel. Half board very satisfying with a great choice of dishes. Afternoon gluhwine and cake was a bonus. On demand shuttle service was always very sufficient- the hotel is a bit of distance from the city center. Excellent spa - big swimming pool, hot tub and saunas areas were great to relax after skiing.

Do yourself a favour and stay here. I've never had a better hotel experience. The staff are exceptional, the spa is mind blowing. I had some reservations given the distance to town but the shuttle whizzes you there in no time, and all the extra amenity is worth it. It is a truly exceptional hotel.

Probably the music at night that goes a bit loud until 11pm, you may not hear it though if your room isn’t near. Fridge in the room had some problems, didn’t cool down drinks (however in the winter you can use the balcony for that!) Room Thermostat didn’t work, probably because the temp is controlled downstairs (i.e. centralized?)

The rooms are clean. You can book a private parking A lady on her 70s, who I think is the owner, has the top sense of hospitality, something you no longer find easily elsewhere. It’s worth going back to this hotel even just to meet her <3 Shuttle drivers and lady at reception amazing in solving logics problems. They made my day in one occasion where things went tough. Spa is great to have after skiing

Everything corresponds to the information on the website. Photos are reliable, service 5*, location,very detailed information was given to us by the receptionist Ivan (thank him very much for such a welcome) and the shuttle driver. Shuttle to the ski lift and to the hotel (waited not more 2-3 minutes) Delicious dinners. The presence of the hotel owner created a caring atmosphere.. live music. Fruits and tea with sweets were always at the reception. The view from the window is breathtaking... Upon departure, beautiful Mrs Lorenzetti comes out to personally see off the guests and gives her cake. Thank you.

One of the shuttle bus drivers was quite grumpy and seemed annoyed if you wanted to go to the further away drop offs. He also didn't take very good care of our ski's when loading; just chucked them all in the back carelessly. The other 2 drivers were much nicer. Ski deposit room only had a few secure lockers which were full and the room was not locked so in theory anyone could walk in off the road and take things. Only Italian channels on the 2 smart TVs in the room and unable to log into our Netflix etc due to their server. WiFi worked reasonably well so ended up watching things on our phones. The steam room in the spa was not turned on in quieter periods.

All the hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The night manager and the waiting staff were particularly good. The restaurant/breakfast room had stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. We chose half board which came with a good variety for each course and a buffet option to start if feeling particularly hungry. Cake and mulled wine available in the lobby every afternoon for apres-ski. Our room was spacious with again fantastic views from the balcony. Despite the hotel being quite busy, we never heard any noise from our room. 12 hours per day free access to the spa. Free shuttle bus on demand to and from all the resort gondala stations. Approximately 10-15 minute walk in to the town centre with only one small section near the main road. We were given 2 large and delicious cakes on departure from the owners.

The view is amazing. The staff is the warmest i've ever seen. Madamme Lorenzetti came every evening.to check if everything was ok. Wonderful experience.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean.Swimming pool, Relax zone best place after skiing:) Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Lorenzetti again. The price performance ratio is very good.

Super friendly helful staff. Mrs Michaela and young man at the reception top service! Driver Goran nice and friendly. Mrs Lorenzetti talks to every guest every morning during breakfast how was the stay and night. The same during superb dinner at hotel restaurant! Good example is spread by lady owner. Waiters at restaurant very proffesional. Spa very spacious. Saunas of all kind. Pool. Relax zone. Infrared beds. Free parking. Free shuttle. Close location to ski lift. Plenty of choice breakfast. The best stay in Italy ever. Shall come back...

The room and the bathroom were completely renovated and luxurious. Amazing spa & wellness with 4 saunas, 3 relaxing zones, indoor pool, gym... Big breakfast where you can order whatever you fancy. Nice hospitality from Mrs Lorenzetti

this hotel is old and needs an upgrade. the bed mattress was a little too hard. it’s quite a walk to the town center, difficult to navigate but I think the property has a shuttle.

The beautiful Hotel with awesome staff! The meals were above all expectations, especially dinner - the level of dishes is unbelievable. Ivan the guy on reception is so nice and helpful. All facilities are well maintained and you can feel the customer care and service to n every interaction with the staff. With no doubt we will be more than happy to come again to this beautiful place
