We were disappointed by the restaurant offering. While the service was excellent (including a very professional sommelier), for the VIP Dining menu we were offered a combination of the previous day’s à la carte courses. We therefore ate almost the same courses but we exchanged them. The chef gave it a try to bypass this last minute but unfortunately not enough to justify the price of the package. Additionally, none of my 2 dietary restrictions were taken into account beforehand. A pity, as the service and the wines were extraordinary.

Charming area, you really experience an authentic tuscan living, well-restored property in distinguished rustic style. Professional staff with some lack of attention to details at the Trattoria they partner up with.

The entire staff and management was so welcoming to our group of six. We only stayed 1 night, but it was the highlight of our 14 day trip. Such a beautiful resort, room, food, and of course … the wine! Highest recommendation.

Nothing, we loved every moment.

Room was wonderful, very unique in a small, historic town. We loved the massive beam going through the center of the room, the windows looking out on the garden, and the bath tub with a garden view. Every last detail was perfect, it was an incredibly romantic and quiet property. The property was spread out and guests had their own private space, so much so that we only realized how many other guests were also at the property when we arrived at breakfast.We wish we would have booked a full week here, it was so wonderful! The breakfast was also fresh and wonderful, with high quality pastry and yogurt and perfectly cooked and seasoned eggs. As a bonus - the history of the family that owns this estate was fascinating, we loved learning about it all.

Nothing at all but the single room beds in the family room were not so comfy… they’re not suited for a big adult but they worked ok and well enough for us as we are small builds!

Oh wow….waking up to beautiful swallows singing and zooming by…. And a thunderstorm booming right over us… with a bottle of Fonterutoli red and travelling back in time in old world Italy, flourishing with natures energy and incredibly well preserved authentic architecture, old wooden doors and a feel for Italian heritage ❤️

Take ear plugs as noise travels through the walls and you can hear the pipes and water when another guest is showering/ music if they are playing

Very difficult to find any fault with this hotel; only minor note is the hotel restaurant did not have a lot of food options.

I would actually rate this hotel 9.75; tremendous value, excellent service, prime location to wine country.

Very secluded - surrounded by wood area and their wine production. Checkin was easy. Wine bar on site serving wines and small plates. Great breakfast and dinner across the street at their restaurant. Very responsive and kind staff.

For the price range the breakfast could be better, always the same things and few options. The eggs were always cold and some days when we arrived early there was no croissants yet. They could also have flip flops and ropes.

Good location to visit the parts of tuscany, friendly staff, super clean and big rooms. There was also a kitchen that we could use. It was a pleasant stay.

We would definitely opt to go for a room with windows facing the garden/vineyards next time. Loved our room with high ceilings but was definitely missing a view.

Super quaint beautiful getaway, great food and wine in restaurant nearby, the hotel itself is very clean and elegantly designed rooms and communal areas only add to the charm of this beautiful place. It's c.a. an hour drive from Florence. All the usual amenities, lovely staff and great service!

Nothing reall all was good. Restaurant food was very good, a tad a on the high side in terms of price, but nonetheless delicious.

The setting in the vineyards was amazing. Room was good, unfortunately the one we had did not have a direct view over the vineyards.
