Difficult to find. Fridge in room did not work.

Staff tried really hard to be helpful. Must’ve been a pretty flash place in it’s day - now it’s weirdly entertaining.

No window/balcony. they have windows in room but they are so high you can’t see out of them.

we loved the staff and how accommodating they were, loved the central location right in between Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii, as long as you don’t mind walking. Metro station is close as well. The a/c works great

It was a busy weekend in the area, so there weren’t many options for places to stay. Room was dated but very clean.

Excellent, friendly staff; breakfast and parking included. Good value for the money.

Dirty, ghost hotel, looked abandoned, major party making noice until 01.00 am. Service at the staff was nice. Awful location.

We wanted a pool the last day of the holiday so that was the only Nice thing about the hotel.

NOTHING, the breakfast is not intercontinental, and what they put is from the day before, 4 days at different times everything ran out and they did not replace it, I always needed the staff in the morning, in the afternoon, at night, they never attended me, they Staff does not speak. English, only Italian. and the first time in my life that after checking out they expelled my children from the pool saying that we were no longer guesses at the hotel. And the air conditioner wasn’t working.

First weddings, then graduation parties, then birthday parties. So loud music and announcements that you feel like being in the middle of some sports event. Couldn't sleep before midnight so I wouldn't recommed the hotel for families with small kids. It was LOUD! We were also given wrong information about the how many nights there would be events. Parties also limits useage of the pool. First booking with family room was like a prison: no balcony or even decent window. Fortunately we were able to upgarde the room for suite. The price was agreed on the desc but eight and eighty are different numbers which caused confusion at the check-out.

Room was very clean and the furniture etc. were very decorative. The buildings would go nice with art deco style, now decorated with Venice style.

Finding the hotel was tricky, I used Google maps and hotel address Via Panoramica, 1, Boscoreale, Terzigno, Metropolitan City of Naples, Italy - the hotel is not there! The breakfast was poor.

Luxury building and hotel area with swimming pool. Balcony with good view! In the same evening there were 3 different private and glamorous parties, but it was interesting to watch what was happening from the balcony and they did not disturb the night's sleep.

They organize a lot of events and sometimes the access to the pool is limited. However, it was a very rare occasion and the events finished early. The reception staff don't always speak great english but they all make their best to understand you. They were very nice as I said before so it wasn't such a great problem for us.

The staff is very very nice. We had two issues and they did everything in their power to help us. The hotel is a little bit far from the main "attractions" but the hotel offer lifts to the nearest train station for free, or lifts to the Vesuvio, Pompeii, etc... I discussed a little bit with the reception staff and apparently they will expand their attraction offers which is nice. The rooms were exactly as describe and very clean. The cleaning staff was also very nice. Breakfast was good and with a lot of choices. They were doing some renovation work also to improve the hotel.

Everything- the staff don't speak English, the breakfast is not fresh at all, we were not allowed to swim in the pool (withouth any reason), the building is not in good shape, you don't feel safe etc. All in all, don't recommend it
