Lack of English TV stations for evenings wanting to relax

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the old city and 2 minutes from the cable car The room was large clean and comfortable We got freely a ticket for the cable car and the public transportation which was useful to go up to the mountain and make a nice tour there.

The front desk staff was very helpful, guiding us to the cable car & hiking trail we were looking for. The location of the hotel is excellent. Away from the central square, but not far at all. Breakfast was excellent & very well staffed. The balcony view was fantastic and room & bathroom very comfortable. Loved our stay.

Breakfast area was big but not really well organized. I would either put someone in the front to navigate the customers through breakfast. Service was very slow. I also didn't have so much time to enjoy my breakfast so I would have liked it to be way more organized.

The room was very well equipped with all anyone might ever need during a brief or long stay in Bolzano. The staff was extremely helpful and even went out of their way to help me with another phone charger (I forgot mine in the train) and also with other personal items I would require. Thank you, again. I enjoyed my stay and will come back again soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Stiegl Scala. So much so that we returned after a few days in the Dolmites to relax another day by their pool. Breakfast every morning is amazing and the staff are really helpful! The back garden and pool are beautiful - it feels like a little oasis from the city. But still close to the train, cable car, and all the great restaurants and shops!

What would be good is a standard receptacle at one of the parking spots to charge a Hybrid vehicle. Hybrids use only a standard receptacle, not the EV charging station.

Breakfast was wonderful, every morning with friendly staff. Girls serving were super sweet!!

Everything was perfect! Excellent choice for good price We stayed in the room with balcony. It was new and big. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom set. Amazing balcony view. Tasty breakfast. Underground parking by the hotel, so your car safe. Perfect location, 5 min walking to funicular and 10 min walking to old town what makes hotel quiet (old time is super noisy).

She was kind enough to give us all the information we needed for visiting Bolzano. Thank you, Amina. Excellent breakfast. Staff at the bar could have been friendlier

The rooms was very spacious. Bathroom had a large bathtub. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. Free outside parking (garage parking for 11 euros/night not needed). Close walking distance to the city center

Sofa bed for our adult son not very comfortable, unfortunately not possible to charge our cat as the only walllbox did not function.

Additional guidance prior to arrival is required especially as parking is on the opposite side of the street and entrance to parking is before the main building entrance. As street parking is limited and the street is one way initial entry can be a little tricky.

A nice pit stop through northern Italy. Having hotel parking is essential as street parking is scarce so close to the old town.(Walking distance). Breakfast is good and rooms spacious.

The breakfast was great. The accommodations were wonderful. The room's size was bigger than expected, plus there was a balcony. The locating was 5 min walking from the historic center. The free garage for hotel customers right across the street.
