Ph charger socket beside bed had to plug it in behind desk not much of a complaint they might consider it in the future sockets beside bed.

The decor ideas in the rooms were, in my opinion, fresh and interesting, but all the furniture was pretty old. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom had started to rust and some of the taps didn't work properly. The hotel is located central and it is generally cozy - if they upgrade the furniture and better the rooms it would be a top place to stay.

Generally, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. At the breakfast buffet there were different fresh options - meats, cheese, salats, sweets etc. There was no parking, but it was possible to find one on the street behind, which was close.

Loved our stay at this quiet, small hotel, across the street from the renowned Hotel Excelsior and just a few minutes away from a great beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious and copious buffet breakfast. To get to the hotel from the ferry terminal, you need to take either a taxi or bus. The distance is walkable but not if you have luggage.

The bathroom light bulb wasn't working, they said they'll fix it, but I guess they didn't The island of Lido was a bit far from everything else, but we enjoyed the boat trip so it wasn't so bad. The breakfast was not so good, limited options

They had a ptoblem with the heating , we had small chilldren , we were not warned in advance , the price corresponded to the quality :)

booking.com advertises this hotel on the map as a beach hotel. In reality, it is not the building emphasized on the map (that I booked), but the building across the street. So we got a view of cars instead of the sand and sea.

It was situated quite far from the main island of Venice, which meant we had to walk for about 20 minutes to reach the nearest dock or the main shopping area, with few amenities close by. Also, unfortunately, all the nearby beaches were privately owned, which meant we had no access to them. This was a disappointment as we expected to have at least some opportunities for beach relaxation during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel situated outside of Venice on the island of Lido, and it turned out to be a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. While it may not have been right in the heart of Venice, its beautiful location somewhat made up for the distance.

Really hard pillows and hairdryer was not very effective.

Room with a tub. Some things were not perfect, but when I told staff about the issues they were fixed same day. We stayed 6 nights and were very pleased. Great aircondition and huge closets. Small bathtub was appreciated. Even if the street was not far away, the room was not noisy. Good atmosphere and helpful staff.

Location of Hotel was very convenient to Marconi beach. 5 minutes from the event that we were attending to. Breakfast was very good, qood quality, fresh fruits, coffee and smiley folks ready to assist
