15 min by hotel shuttle from Malpensa airport, we slept 1 night, had a solid breakfast, and in the morning we returned to the airport with the hotel shuttle (20 euros one way for 3 people) The room had 3 single beds, not much space, clean room and bathroom, no refrigerator. Staff helpful

The shuttle was 20euro for just a 10 minute ride but I guess it was 6am

It was an excellent choice for an early flight out of Milan Malpensa as the hotel is only 10 mins ride in the shuttle.

Breakfast was very basic not many gluten free options. Bed was not comfortable but considering the low price it makes sense.

The only slightly unpleasant experience was a moderately strong smell of cigarettes in our room upon arrival, but the aircon took care of that relatively quickly.

Decent hotel and an excellent way to cut cost in Milan if you have a car. We were fortunate to have booked near Malpensa as our flight got desperately delayed. Italian car rental companies don't give an F* for your flight number so they just shut their office even though we missed our timing by only 20 mins (1 star to Avis Malpensa). Therefore, our only option upon arrival was a taxi so thank god we only had c.10 mins to travel! Thankfully, the hotel was a much different experience. The room we were offered was cosy and clean and they even offered us a shuttle service outside normal hours the next day so we can go back and yell at Avis until they gave us a car. We also paid the measly €6 for breakfast. I didn't expect much considering the price, but if you have a bit of a sweet tooth, like I do, prepare to be pleasantly surprised by at least half a dozen home baked pie options!

The only thing that was not so good is a smell of smoke in the reception area, but not big deal.

The airport is near and the shuttle service, which they call "navetta", was really perfect for our stay. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very polite. The breakfast was very good with Italian specialties but also other things, such pancakes. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very good location for those using Malpensa Airport. Very quiet area and comfy beds. Very clean, good breakfast and very good costumer service. They charge $20.00 Euros to drive you to the airport. I would recommend.

The only thing upset me that the shuttle to the airport was too expensive The hotel site posted up to 10$ I had to take it both ways and it was 40€ Kind of pricey, considering that the cost of the night was 70€

The breakfast could have been a continental breakfast. There was a big variety of cakes, sweets but nothing savoury.

The room and bathroom were spacious. The location was very central. The staff was very kind and helpful. They also provided us with the shuttle service to the airport, which was great.

The shower door is a bit wonky, and the shower head needs to be replaced, which should be a quick, inexpensive fix.

The staff are simply wonderful - friendly and willing to cater to one's every need. The pizza was out of this world, and there was no need to go anywhere else for dinner. Super friendly service - the smiles were visible, even behind the masks. My room was squeaky clean, comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view from my window. I had everything I needed for a one-night stay, and the wifi was great. The shuttle service at €10 one-way from Malpensa airport is an absolute bonus!

Rundown dirty place with sockets falling off the walls, mosquitos ans the worst breakfast I have ever seen in hotels included. A total rip off for 180 euros per night, doubt if it really 3 stars. I guess fair estimate would be 2 stars and 70 euros per night at most.

The only good thing I can say about it is that if you come to Milano Malpensa airport late at night they have 24/7 shuttle to hotel that you can arrange if you call them for 10 euros per capita

The coffee machine could be better.

The owners were very nice. They provided the shuttle from the airport right away. We ate at the restaurant that night. Food was good and reasonable. Breakfast was about average. The rooms are decent size but not modern. Bathrooms are recently renovated and clean.
