weirdly divided into different floors and apartments, it is kind of close to the Spanish quarter, but kind of far from the Centro Storico. so that.

The staff are the stars of the show, always supportive, communicative and polite. I slept pretty well considering i was in a shared room. and overall it was a nice experience.

The walls are very thin so you will be woken up early in the morning by music in the common areas.

Really clean and spacious toilets that are cleaned twice daily. Location of the hostel is amazing, especially convenient if you're coming from/going to the airport. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

You need to be aware that it is a hotel + hostel, so it can be quite noisy, it may also be a matter of soundproofing the rooms.

We share most of the other opinions - i.e. great service, people, atmosphere, and location. Very good value for the money.

The only thing that could be improved is shower. As you have to hold it yourself.

As a solo, female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. The location is perfect!! It’s next to the port so day trips to Capri island & Sorrento were easy! The staff are AMAZING. Thank you for being so welcoming.

The rooms were on the smaller side, as expected. Wasn't a huge problem but just bear in mind if you have a lot of stuff with you.

The staff were super friendly and the whole hostel was really welcoming. The location was ideal and there was breakfast on offer if you wanted it. The other people staying were really friendly which made the stay so much better! Beds were super comfy too.

Toilets & Showers are not the best but I think is normal in Italy. But anyway you can use that for sure.

I absolutely loved my stay at this well-located hostel. It's a simple place, but it has everything you could need. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Cris and Lulu, who not only helped me with great tips and directions but also made some of the best coffee I've had. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience!

The thing that struck me the most, and perhaps represents the strongest point of the facility, maybe even of the city itself, was the hostel staff. Always smiling, friendly, and ready to help in any way possible, they made the atmosphere of the hostel always welcoming, also thanks to their choice of music that created a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast offered was varied and international, with a selection of eggs, cold cuts, yogurt, fruit, snacks, and beverages that satisfied all tastes. Regarding the facilities, although the number of bathrooms on the reception floor may seem limited, personally, I never had any problems finding a free bathroom when needed. Furthermore, those with showers were spacious and well-maintained. The rooms were of adequate size, with very comfortable beds and pillows. I particularly appreciated the presence of large lockable storage boxes for safely storing personal items, providing extra peace of mind. The hostel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, being in a convenient and central area.

It was on 6th/7th floor of a building and not a reliable lift. Not great block from a noise standoint.

The facility was clean and people enjoyable. All the comforts of home.
