Great, clean, big apartment. Supermarket is only 1 minutes away. We stayed only one night with late arrival, but due to the detailed information we received from the reception, it was easy to find the property and our room. Definitely recommended for more nights as well!

During noon rest hours, the cleaning staff were extremly noisy, and the doors are not soundproof. The pipes smell in the kitchen No mosquito nets The mats on the beds are had bumps. At least for me.

Was a bit noisy in the early morning due to unloading at the supermarket. Quite a long way (20minute walk) from the centre of Grado.

Appartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning was very effective. Kitchen was modern and fairly well equipped. Beds comfortable. Great location 5 minutes walk from the beach and directly above a supermarket. There is a good pizza restaurant just opposite. We would stay there again. Staff were friendly and the arrangements for collecting the keys worked well.

Every saturday there is a market on the street just beside the building- parking is restricted and the first stallholders arrive around 6.00AM and can be quite loud.

Location, friendly staff, quick check-in. Good supermarket just around the corner, good pizzeria just across the street. The apartment had a large balcony. It was our second stay (a family with 2 pre-school kids) and we will come again.

The appartment was bright, well equipped and clean. We loved its big balcony. Location was ok - 10 minutes walk from the downtown, but pretty close to beaches, cafes and a store.

Great location, SPAR shop just around the corner. Beach is 5 min walk. Parking can be tricky in the area, but manageable. Rooms were clean, well prepared. AIR condition was working fine. Wifi is not always online. Ideal for families with children.

The area in itself is quiet but the the walls are quite thin. You can hear everything from the other rooms. We were out of seasons but still we could notice. During full season when all apartments are rented, it could be noisy.

We booked an Apartment for 2 persons, It was quite large and included all necessary utilities. Also the terrace was large. Very convenient located over a food store and only 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and bar are also in the area. Bikes are available for 8 Euro a day or 4 half a day. Bikes are well functioning.

The sea is very shallow in this area, disadvantage is that you have to pay at the entrance for sunbeds and umbrella something like 26 euro and then you realize there is almost no water at all in the morning (you have to walk several minutes to be able to swim-horrible. In the centre is the situation bit better. Otherwise people and food is excellent in Grado, also the atmosphere in the centre very romantic.

We like a firm mattress, but this was a rock! Very very hard, and the pillows were too. Last time we stayed here, we had a room with a comfortable bed, and we gave our stay a much higher rating, because otherwise it's a very good place.

The location is excellent - 10 minutes' walking distance to the beach and 20 minutes to the old town, 1 minute to the supermarket, and close to pleasant restaurants. Easy street parking. The room and balcony were very spacious, bathroom was fine, and everything was clean. Easy and flexible check-in, and pleasant check-out. It's good value.

The Rooms had Kichen - it was clean with the Huge gallery area - comfortable begs - everything was nice :)
