Loud noises all night from the room above which nobody was able to resolve. Like a golf ball being rolled around. I even wondered if there was wildlife in the cavity between floors.

We loved the location, our balcony room, quite close to Piazza Tasso and the rooftop pool/bar area with fabulous views. The staff there were very friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious.

When we arrived we found 3 hairs in bath, and 2 on toilet. But the house keeper sorted it. Also in my booking with booking.com I requested low floor, as I do not like lifts. But we were on 5th floor. Lot of stairs every day. And no kettle.

The rest of the hotel is showing it’s age and definitely could do with a facelift.

We were fortunate to be able to book one of the newly refurbished rooms on the fourth floor which was amazing.

The breakfast sandwich was on white bread with the crusts cut off. A baguette would have been much better. But it was very kind of them to suggest it:)

Can’t bring outside food or drink in because they have a bar and restaurant.

Room was beautiful with amazing tub and view. Great location, just outside of town so felt more private and relaxed. Concierge was able to help us get a ride booked to Naples airport which was immensely helpful.

The location was excellent as only 2 minute walk from the main square. The roof top bar view is amazing. Breakfast was very good, great variety of food. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

We were a bit frightened to buy any food or drink item outside the hotel to take home as there were takes of confiscation on other reviews! Not much choice in the mini bar (no wine and not much water or soft drinks).

The close locations to town, friendly helpful staff, the roof terrace and bar and lovely breakfasts!

No outside light on our balcony so if you wanted to sit out at night to read you couldn't but we were out most nights. Adjoining door to another bedroom, did hear some noise from the other room.

Tere was no coffee maker in the room, no plates/glass/cutleries if you wanted to buy food and eat in the room. Today it's standard to get those things in the room, especially a coffee maker. For the price we pay I was definitely expecting this.

Great service and staff making sure you have everything you need. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, amneties and amazing location. I definitely recommend this hotel and I'd go back there if I have travel again to Sorrento.

Not much not to like. A little bit of traffic noise but not bad.

The variety of breakfast was excellent. More importantly, the star were welcoming and very pleasant in greeting and dealing with us during our stay. Location was excellent walking distance to all sights. Rooms were very comfortable and rooftop pool was also a bonus

The cleaners call in the evenings so sometimes we’d be in the room when they called.
