Room was cold and it was hard for them to fix. weather was cold and wet so it was not fun having a cold room.

View from the corner room was wonderful. Room was quiet and access via elevator was nice. The location was not real central but it was close to a water taxi stop which, once you learn the ropes, can really get you around. Breakfast was good with charming staff. Staff was helpful with suggestions.

The room was very hot and the air conditioning did not appear to be working, we turned off the towel rack heater in the bathroom and cracked the window while we where out and got the temperature to drop thankfully, we did not say anything to the hotel staff and forgot to mention it when we were leaving.

My wife stayed there 10 years ago and it was very dark and rooms were tiny. It has been since renovated and it to top standards, I was happy with the size of the room and bathroom

Hotel - I understand that their is service charge, it came as a surprise when we were leaving the amount, but it was great help providing us with the necessary cut down of items that were printed. Having a document in the hotel listing prices for items, breakfast, and the mini bar could definitely benefit other guests as well. Service only one downfall - The last person who served us room service breakfast, he acknowledged my partner and called him Sir but did not acknowledge me at all when serving us (it made me feel unwelcome by him) also asked him where he was from and what specific area, he also did not say goodbye to us like the lovely lady at reception even though he was standing right next to her at times, their were no other customers about. However he did say hello on the time’s we entered hotel. (Please bare in mind it’s not always one person who pays, we both do)

The hotel was absolutely perfect, unique, and stunning. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and snacks. Our bags were promptly taken to our room, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, something we had never experienced before. Venice has always been a dream destination for me, so this made our stay even more special. Thank you immensely. The location is very safe and conveniently close to all the main attractions in Venice. The water taxis nearby offer fantastic views and a unique experience, perfect for a more relaxed day. There are also fantastic restaurants in the area. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious (note that there is a service charge for breakfast in the room). Our bed was made fresh every day, and the fridge was always restocked. We will definitely return to visit again. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us. The entire team was incredibly kind and lovely. You would truly be missing out if you didn't choose to stay here.

The size of the bed was good but the mattress and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, Dorsoduro is a beautiful local area of Venice. just a short distance from the center of Venice (20 minutes walk) and 10/15 minutes from bus or train station. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ronnie, who was very attentive. The overall facilities of the hotel are of high quality, and the bedroom is quite nice.

Everything, the suite is spacious, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the ambiance is quiet, and truly “adults only”, no family or kids insight, which is a big plus for us!

The only thing we didn´t like was the fact that the heating in our room could not be regulated by us. Room temperature is such a personal thing. Venice was still very warm in October and we would have loved to turn the temperature in our room down. The hotel put some electric fans up, which has helped a bit. I am sure if you visit in summer, there won´t be an issue.

The hotel is in a quieter part of Venice. We were upgraded to the junior suite on arrival which was a welcome surprise, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is for adults only which we very much appreciate. If you are looking for a luxurious hide away in Venice with all the comforts of a 5-star childfree accommodation, look no further. We highly recommend it!

Honestly I loved everything.

As soon as we arrived treatment with so much hospitality, all staff especially Gloria was amazing. Location was fantastic, the room amazing and we even stayed another night. Help was always on hand and the staff went above and beyound. Will be recomending this hotel to others for sure and cant wait to visit again. Balissimo
