Budget rooms are a little bit small. Parking is a bit tricky with 3 cars, but at least there is a free parking

This place is a travel itself. The decoration is amazing and kind of unique. A style totally unexpected from the outside of the house. Deferents room sizes, from small to a suite. The breakfast is really incredible, everything you can dream about in the morning is on the table. Including fresh fruits. The only bad side will be your frustration not to be able to taste everything. At the top of that, the staff is charming and caring. Walking distance to the historical center of Lucca.

You could hear everything going on in the next room.

Maria was exceptional. Very helpful in so many ways. She also stayed up late to let us in. Breakfast had a wide choice. Good coffee and delicious food. Lovely little sunny courtyard.

We only stayed one night, would love to have stayed longer.

We arrived very early, but they were very happy to let us put our bags up to our room. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. There was a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and ice cold water in the fridge

The room was a decent size with a king-size bed although the shower was a bit tight. It was at the back on the first floor and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb with everything hot and cold that you would want. The location of the B&B was in a quiet suburban area about 20min walk from the town centre and 40min from the train station. There are several nice restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. We liked Lucca and its surrounding walls, all the different piazzas and the botanical garden. Pisa is only a 30min train ride and easy to do in one day. Maria and Nadia were very helpful and very willing to put up with the idiosyncrasies of two English guests.

Bed was comfortable, large size. There was a bath in the room, prepared with all necessities to enjoy a bubble bath. Room had refrigerator. There is also a bar at the location.

Would have liked to be inside the city walls

there is nothing we did not like

we liked everything about it, ut mostly the bathtub inside the bathroom, the bed and decirations and not ultimately how nice and friendly Maria was. she waited for us until very late and greeted still with a big smile. she gifted us 2 postcards that we sent to our families. really lovely

The location 10min max from the city walls and that it has a few parking spots. We booked the suite with bath and it was lovely. Maria was very helpful and breakfast was plentiful.

Can't really complain about anything. Parking was tricky at first but got worked out.

We only had one night to spend here and really wished we could have stayed three. Our room was on the top floor (so a slight trek to get to) but was exceptional with its attention to detail. It had a balcony. There was a beautiful footed bathtub in the room that unfortunately I did not have time to enjoy, There was also a complete bath with a good shower. It is walking distance to Lucca's wall and old center. Again we did not have time to enjoy. We did watch a beautiful sunset from the top of the wall. And we had a very good meal at restaurant recommended and reserved by our hostess.

Room and bathroom sizes are tight, but decor and cleanliness excellent.

Breakfast was excellent, location outside city wall. but convenient. Taxi ride from/to station is recommended, about 14 Euro. Hostess Maria is wonderful.
