Very tight parking. Loud water and sewage noises in the room. Loud chatting in the corridors by staff every morning. Breakfast is barely adequate, only eggs as hot food.

I wish there was a little kettle and cups in the room, because I like drinking tea late in the evenings, but I don't want to go out for that. So that would have been nice. Other hotels do it. The parking can be an issue because the space is limited. We were lucky both nights to get a parking space where someone does not park you in. And we leave early in the morning to drive through the mountains. So just be aware that parking is not ample.

I like that the breakfast had such a great variety and it was really value for money. The room was large with a great balcony and a view. Not sure if all rooms have a balcony, but ours was great. The location is amazing and close to a local supermarket.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Hotel Bellevue all the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Matteo, Iryna and Giovanni were absolutely outstanding and went out their way to ensure we were well attended to. We were skiing and the hotel was in an excellent location just a short walk from the end of the home run and you need to walk past it to get back to the main gondola. There were also lots of places within a close distance to go and have some Apres ski if desired. We were half board and the food was excellent and plenty of it, going by the scales when I got home I probably had far to much of it 😅 especially the deserts and breakfasts

Dinner was quite poor. Very rushed, poor quality food. The schnitzel was so poor we didnt eat it. Several courses arrived at once and they took our soups away before we finished it. Desserts were not nice. It's wasnt expensive though and that counts for something. We waited at the bar to be served yet staff around ignored us so we left and went elsewhere.

Friendly receptionist, great room with a balcony that was comfy. Wifi connection was good and the breakfast was excellent!

It would be helpful to have "Do not disturb" signs to hang on the room door. It isn't necessary to clean rooms every day and to get towels. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the resort was extremely quiet with all but three hotels closed, and few apres ski bars open. I guess this was due to post COVID blues and being the last week of the ski season.

This review is actually for the Hotel Diamant in Campitello as we were upgraded by the hotel chain. I think Bellevue was closed due to limited demand. The hotel was great. The food was top notch, with a bonus starter every night, before the ordered starter. The menu had four choices per course. The hotel was close to the Rodella cable car.

The room was small, especialy the bathroom; the shower is 50x50 cm and you need to be an artist, to wash your feet.

Location OK, you can walk to the lift; in the centre of village, near shops. The food was good and tasty, good selection, enough and you do not stay hungry :-)

Breakfast is less good, too many people and the tables are not clean enough. Coffee machine with milk powder and not regular milk. City bell was just outside our room window.

On the day of arrival the reservation made with Booking was missing and there were no rooms! I prepaid all the amount 40 days in advance! Late in the evening we were accomodated in another hotel (Hotel Dolomiti) of the same group (Union hotels Canazei) and we were said we stay there till the end of the reservation. On the next morning we were asked to move back to Bellevue hotel where all of us (four peple) wait for the rooms to be cleaned. We moved in at 12 and lost the one day of our holyday! It is my 12th year in Dolomites and I had never seen such a chaos.

The location of the hotel is nearby both the ski lift and the final point of the ski slope.

My bathroom on the first floor was terrible. No space for legs by the toilet, door could not open and the shower did not work well. Huge stains on the carpet in the room.

We booked our stay at hotel Bellevue here on Booking, but when we arrived they did not have a room for us even though the booking was confirmed and everything. They sent us to another hotel and told us that they upgraded us, but the other hotel was definitely not an upgrade and had mold in the shower. Would not recommend!

Small parking area in front of hotel, so we hadn't chance to park our car there as long we arrived late every evening. But due to the low-season public parking was free of charge (located 200m downtown near Coop supermarket).

One of the best breakfast we had during our trip to Italy these days, with fresh orange and carrot/apple juices. We liked energetic, friendly and helpful administrator at the breakfast :) (Un caro saluto!) Good location, beautiful view to the mountains from the balcony (we lived on the 2nd floor). Best value for money (but we were in low season in the beginning of June 2023). Wished to stay here more, but we had to go to Milan.

We reserved a room at hotel Bellevue and ended up at hotel Dolomites. We arrived in the front of the hotel Bellevue and it was closed. It was raining like hell and we were on motorbikes. We called the reception and the staff told us that they are waiting for us at hotel Dolomites. Not sure who's fault is this, but it was very annoying.

The hotel was exactly on the main street and we had a quiet room on the side of the hotel

After booking it, we were told the hotel is closed and were moved to a comparable one. However, we booked a room for 3, two adults and one child, and got only 2 single beds in the replacement hotel. this made our night very uncomfortable.

The worst thing was that although parking is advertised there is actually not enough space for all guests and so we had to park in a public area 10 minutes walk away, which was quite inconvenient for us. Also the manager and his wife were both very dry in manner and this could easily be interpreted as rude. This was made worse for us by some misunderstandings with language. But in the end they are well-meaning people and not so bad. We should learn more Italian.

The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The evening food was shocking. Scrambled egg soup !! The other 9 Crystal Freind’s got a discount but we didn’t. The owner also owned another hotel in town the evening food was just as bad. The stag were great the chef needs his P45
