Room was small for 6 people. I was sleeping on the top bed out of bunkbed and there were no stairs to help me get high. Also it was very very hot at night and air conditioning was not working.

Really nice stuff and I was lucky to have good roommates. I stayed only for one night, so it was cheap and really good for this purposes. Hostel is located in 10 min walk from metro, but also it's about 45 min walk to Colosseum.

The bathrooms are outside and to get there, you have to pass through the check-in place! There is no key to the room, there is no locker to put staffs. In the kitchen no kettle to have a tea! There were no service to rent towel! The location seemed ok, but problem was that trams never runs on time, and can be delayed for an hour and even more. So you have to plan trips with one-two hour ahead, for the short 20 mins distances!

There are no lockers to keep your stuff safe. Also, you are charged for an extra blanket if you get cold.

Toilets doesn't have a bidet. The location is a very long walk from Roma Termini. Aircon is not the great.

Bathrooms disrepair. sometimes there was no toilet paper. The neighborhood is too noisy due to the traffic outside. It might have been my impression but they were kind of pushing me to check out before the time limit

The staff gave a good service and they tried to help me as much as they could. The neighborhood is good despite the fact that is not so close to the main places in the city.

Bathroom is the worst, not clean, door doesn't close, shower work, but bad because it wet bathroom's floor. You can't pay with card. The solution is easy.

The location us better. The room have a central heating. It's close restaurant, train and bus.

I didn't like the toilets, they are horrible. Some of them there are no key to lock it. There's no hot water. There's no structure at all in those toilets. Disgusting.

When I returned to hostel in second night, I did not enter my room because all places was busy. It made me angry They said me that I booked 2 nights and I needed to check out. They found their mistake after I showed the booking for 3 days I did not find my stuff in my room. My stuff was on reseption. They returned it me and they change room and linen

This hostel was not far from the city center. It was very comfortable. I went to the city center approximately 20 minutes Room was comfortable Breakfast was buffet I did not sleep in first night because the neighbor snored very loudly. I asked to change room. They gave me other room. It was very good when they hears customers and they helps solve problems I received a massege after booking that bed linen did not include in the price of the booking but they gave me linen abcolutly free three times. It was very nice

good location, good services for centrum

The pictures are real but they were 10 years ago. Now the place has not maintenance and the room so small (a lot of beds in a small space). The bathrooms are enough but they need attention.

The good thing is the hosting people, so friendly. The place is near of the lines of trams and a few buses. The encharge person (Denis) was nice but he always was saturated for the quantity of people (i think he need some help). The kitchen is small but you can use the stuff and the fridge.
