It was a very nice experience to stay in Balestrate again. Innocenzo and Grazia were very friendly. Their hospitality and the comfortable appartment with a beautiful view on the sea made our stay a perfect time. We will come back soon.

Nothing, everething was perfect!

The property is in a excelent location on a sandy beach. Only one kilometer to the city center. The owner's pizzeria is near by apartments but this did not prevent you from enjoying your vacation.

The host was excellent and very helpful all the time, he picked us up at airport as agreed, handed us keys from the apartment, we also rented a car through him which was great. Host also addressed all our additional requests and was very helpful all the time. The apartment is literally 20 steps from the beach and right next to it is the restaurant owned by the same family, which had excellent menu, we used it almost every day. All in all I can highly recommend this place as its right next to the beach (public beach with free of charge entry and free sunbeds / umbrellas, which is definitely a plus), with close-by restaurant. The town centre of Balestrate with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is bit further away so I would definitely recommend suggesting renting a car. Also, while the beach is sandy, the way into the sea is with rocks / stones, so not absolutely suitable for very small children unless you want to keep them in the small beach / sea pools right at the entry to the sea. So very good experience for us (three kids - 15/15/10 year old) and would recommend for anyone.

Nothing, all was Perfect and well managed

The apartments are located next to the beach, there is a nice Pizzeria attached and managed by the owner, the apartment are spacious and comfortable. The owner and the stuff were extremely helpful, supportive and friendly they even helped me to bring my soon to the doctor and accompanied me for some shopping the first day!

The hosts were absolutely lovely! The apartment was big, clean with everything you need. Location is right next to the beach in a cute small town. The pizzaria the hosts operate has delicious pizza!

Although the location of the property was close to the sea, the beach itself is dirty and not maintained. The bathroom needs some refresh as it was fairly moldy.

Friendly staff. Seamless check in and check out. And the apartment was clean. Peaceful location, not that many tourists. The property has its own beach chairs w/umbrellas for free to use for its guests.

Not sure if we were given the most modern of apartments with some things needing updating. For example terrace door and blinds were not working and some of the draws were in disrepair. Could have needed some more power outlets and the water pressure in the kitchen was very low.

The location by the beach was certainly a plus an we had a second floor apartment facing the sea. The AC was definitely a requirement staying in the middle of heat wave. The adjacent restaurant was invaluable when we didn't want to go into town and there was parking right outside.

Only one place to eat nearby, 2 minutes walking diatance (that is the reason it was very crowded) A little problem with the shovwer The building nexr door is a disused hotel and that is why the view is not very nice - but this is not to blame the villas
