Not much - even their bakery is excellent!

Fantastic location in a surprisingly beautiful city. Property is in a very old building but is sleek, modern and comfortable, staff were excellent - wished we’d stayed longer. Upgraded to a room with an elevator so we didn’t have to haul our bags! How nice was that?

Nothing really, everything was just great.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The bathtub was huge plus. We have been Italy for a few weeks and the size of the shower and having the whirlpool bathtub was a huge plus! The location is great. Right in the heart of everything.

The whole property is well-run, modern and stylish. In the hallway you could smell the fresh goods they were making in the bakery below, which created its own vibe. The pleasant staff even organized a ZTL pass so I could enter the city center by car and handle the luggage easily. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. You get more than you pay for here. Don't forget to visit the excellent restaurant also called Scaravelli👍

Beautiful and well appointed, stylish room, newly equipped. Amazing view. Rich cold breakfast in the room, as they deliver it to the door. Coffee maker in the room works perfectly well though.

The hotel is located in the well-known historical square. Our room has a balcony with an excellent view. Our bed is very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and clean, equipped with a walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is included with fresh sandwiches, yogurt, local pastries, fruit, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cleaner took away used shower caps and forgot to leave new packs for us.

Staff are very helpful, we had loft and very comfortable. Breakfast is packed with variety cakes, sandwiches and drinks, enough for breakfast and lunch.

We spent just one night in one of the suites, but it’s a place that would be easy to get used to :) Breakfast and proper coffee in the room was amazing, and our host Lara, lovely! The most thoughtful details taking care of everything, from slippers to cotton pads, and a lot of options for ambient lighting. Since the town is on the not-so-touristy side, at least in September, the local rhythm of life dictates restaurants close by 2pm, and then, you can’t get a proper lunch - in the end, it was Scaravelli’s restaurant that came to the rescue, special thanks for that!

More of an FYI than a dislike as it didn’t really bother us, but our room had a balcony to the main piazza were there was a band playing until almost mid-night and we could hear it as if we were there.

The apartment is right in the main piazza in Modena, walking distance to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the facilities were perfect. The service was super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. They also gave us discounts for both the restaurant (which serves amazing food) and the bakery. I suggest to stay away from the latter as it’s impossible not to order everything: from their typical modenese cakes, to panini, home-made pasta and pastries!! Finger licking stuff!
