the place is very clean and very well maintained. the staff is excellent. it's, not even joking, a grand hotel treatment. the whole staff is very attentive and nothing is a bother for them. the house keeping is excellent. definitely recommend, great place to stay at.

A twenty minute walk into the start of Sirmione. Buses every hour. Hotel nothing to complain about

Beautifully upkeep of property so clean and pretty room. What a fantastic view over the lake too. Staff were beyond helpful they worked tirelessly at breakfast to keep a vast array available for all. Pool was great and rooftop terrace just as described.

It was amazing, we felt welcome and at home. The hotel is beautiful, well-equipped, staff is simply the loveliest, we will definitely come back. The view from our room (superior) and from the jacuzzis on the rooftop is truly breathtaking. The breakfast is insane, huge selection, delicious. Their bar is also amazing. Everything was of the highest quality. Squeaky clean, scented rooms. Amazing, highly recommended. ❤️

Nothing to mention here - we liked it all

I was hesitant to book a 3 star hotel but I’m so glad I did. The place is super nice ! Everything was clean & we even had a cleaning team come in every day to straighten up the rooms. As a family of 4 I also really appreciated the two separate beds for our kids. Our beds were all were comfy and the room (room 113) came with a cute little balcony. The outdoor pool looks amazing and the jacuzzis on the roof top were our kids favorite! They even change colors at night and you can bring up fancy drinks from the bar. Hotel staff was super nice and friendly and breakfast was superb. We had so much to choose from and it also varies a little bit each day so that you wouldn’t get tired of it. We had no problem finding parking in off season Also it’s located perfectly - close to restaurants, supermarkets, Sirmione etc. we totally recommend staying there Also note that I feel like our room was recently renovated as I didn’t feel like anything was old or needed any work done … I read the reviews on here before booking and I saw that some mentioned outdated furniture) I would even consider giving 10 stars - however the bathroom was a little small I also appreciate that we only had to pay 10 eur a day for a dog … I had found other places that required 20 eur a day or more But yes overall a 9.8 ;) Great hotel that I would book again

Really friendly and helpful staff, little but cozy and newly furnished rooms. The breakfast was by far the best I have ever had at a Hotel. Frequent location, but no traffic noise.

Loved our stay but was glad that we had a car as not too much within walking distance for food, supermarket etc. Only a short trip but think we would have found it more difficult if we didn't have a car. Although the bus was about a 5 min walk away so that was fab too.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful food, super clean and all staff couldn't do enough for us. Loved the jacuzzi on the roof overlooking the lake, what a treat. Loved everything here

The bathroom in the standard room needs some refreshments. Boiled eggs for breakfast, you either offer fresh ones or don't offer them at all, those are not edible.

We really liked our room. Out little girl enjoyed an extra big bed and the hotel staff placed a baby bed in the room. Everything was super clean and breakfast was super delicious. The value for money is great and i would definitely recommend this Hotel :)

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel . It would be slightly easier to get around with a car but saying that we did manage with the busses and a stop not far away.

A wonderful hotel with great staff and food . The quadrouple room which I shared with husband and 18 year old and 15 year old was bigger than expected we also had a balcony. the hotel was spotless I can't recomend hotel Berta enough We were there 16 to 23 August 2023.
