The heat was impossible to adjust. Felt like a sauna at night. The door doesn’t have a double lock on the inside for security and caused concern someone could enter at anytime if they had or remember the code.

We had problems with our ac/heating unit. Someone came to fix it. But we had same problem the next day. Luckily, it wasn’t that cold so we were able to manage without heat. But on colder days it could have been an inconvenience. Having said that, everything else about the property was amazing.

Property was amazing. Very close the Spanish steps and metro station. Very clean and friendly hosts.

The stairs were a bit challenging especially if you have bigger suitcases.

It was conveniently located a couple of minutes walk from the Spanish steps, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The room was comfy with a huge window overlooking the street. There was also a little kitchen with some basic amenities. The bathroom was really nice and spacious. Overall, a great stay in Rome.

We had trouble opening the code lock on the door after the departure, he stuck and we could not enter to pick up our suitcases. New guests were opened to us and we managed to catch our train to the areoport.

We liked the location of the hotel, tourist facilities, restaurants and shops were within walking distance. At the same time, the street was quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, bed linen was changed every day. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. We appreciated the opportunity to leave luggage for free before check-in and after check-out.

The placement of the property was perfect, the street is a little busy but not obnoxiously so. Take a 5 minute stroll and you’re at the Trevi Fountain

When you make the payment, it is separated into two payments, once for the rental and one for the city tax, which i didn't like. I prefer to pay at once and avoid the hassel

We had a little adventure with the electricity. When I arrived the guys staying there thought that I came to restore the power supply. Obviously this was not the case but we managed to overcome the situation. We had to switch back the main switch plus also turn the keys in the rooms. After that everything was alright.

Bed was not very comfortable at all. Wi-fi was terrible, did not work for me at all except for simple whatsapp messages. (Instagram, youtube or anything else forget about it.) Overall we felt that the price was too high for the room and facilities - in the end it was all about the great location.

Hostess was exceptional with us, very friendly! Location is spectacular, top-notch.

There’s no elevator, so if you have large luggage, it would be very inconvenient.

It’s near the centre of the city, everything is within walking distance. The room is spacious and comfortable. The toilet is external, but close to my room, so it’s ok. In-room, there’s a little kitchenette and a mini fridge. There’s also a window, so it feels bright and you can get fresh air into the room.

There were a few things that didn’t work so well in the apartment, like the airconditioning. But we didn’t really need it so it was fine for us.

The room was smaller than photos advertised, and the 2 beds were small, so it wasn't as comfortable.

The room has a kitchen to make hot coffee, which was nice. The bathroom was clean and big.

I found locating the hotel and gaining entry fairly tricky, although not helped by lashing wind and rain which is not the hotel's fault! There are no signs outside so it can be a little disorientating at first (but fine once you're in). It was pretty noisy throughout my stay...the walls are paper thin and so I was woken several times each night by other guests coming in and out. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway during my stay - not a huge issue just slightly strange for a hotel. If you stay I would recommend one of the rooms where the bathroom is within the room. Although my bathroom was private, it's quite a clunky process having to leave your room, lock it, unlock the bathroom etc. and some people might want a bit more privacy.

The location would be hard to beat. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, with lots of food and drink options nearby. It was a great base to explore the city and all of the main sights. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

1-Accessibility is terrible. No sign of the hotel at the door or bell. Make sure you check all the instructions and get pass codes otherwise you may not be able to enter 2- facility issues: interior of the building is new but too many things were not functioning. a-Toilet door was not closing. b- flush was not properly working, running forever, c-bathroom window was not closing.
