Location is perfect. About a 1mile walk to the center or 15 min. Breakfast and the host is amazing. I really loved the place and came back 2x. Cortina is lovely and the largest city in the Dolomites from my understanding. It snowed quite a bit while I was here. The most they have had in year ~ 20inches. Snow tires are so important when coming to the mountain.

The location and facilities are outstanding - only a 15-20min scenic walk to the town. But the owner Giovanna is what takes this place to a 11/10! She was so hospitable and goes above and beyond. She makes freshly baked bread every morning and provides snacks for the day and was so helpful when I injured myself on one of the hikes. The walls of the house aren’t very sound proof but otherwise a perfect stay!

Loved this property and didn’t want to leave! The staff and owner were so lovely, with a good breakfast each morning. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious! Everything was so clean. Wifi worked great. The location was great as well. If we ever head back to this area we would 100% rebook here.

The house was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Cleanliness spot on. The breakfast was marvellous full of options both savoury and sweet. Giovanna, the host, went one step beyond and baked a cake for us every morning. What a delight to wake up with good coffe and homemade goodies! Next time in Cortina I will surely return to this B&B.

The room was a little bit smaller than expected. Breakfast - the owner will make you scrambled eggs or whatever you pick from the menu. But when you come to breakfast, the dining room was empty and we didn't know how to tell the owner we are ready for the breakfast. So we waited for 15 mins before we went to ring the door bell to her apartment. It was little bit wierd and unusuall.

Nice bathroom - very nice shower gel, very handy dryer for towels, good location, parking was ok. What makes this accomodation special is the owner. She will makes you feel like when you are staying at your grandmother. No exaggerating here! Even though the communication can be a little bit difficult sometimes, she will do everything to satisfy you and makes you feel like at home. Throughout the property, you will notice that it is very important for the owner that you will be satisfied. Grazie miele per tutti!!

Giovanna is an exceptional host. She is kind and welcoming and I enjoyed getting to know her. The B&B is quaint and has a lot of character. We had a rental car and it was a quick 5 minute drive to get downtown. It’s about a 0.8mi walk. I highly recommend staying here.

The house is located on a hill within 10 min walking distance from the city center, free of charge parking is available on a side. In case of heavy snow you would need to use chains to be able to drive up the hill. The room on the top floor is just below the roof, the ceiling is rather low, house-in-the-mountains ambience. The host was very welcoming.

The breakfast choice was a little limited to a only a few items.

The location and the views from this property were absolute stunning! Our host greeted us with a warm welcome and instantly made us feel at home. We had the homecooked breakfast delivered right to our room and while limited in choice it was a lovely treat to wake up to, especially the homemade cakes! The room was very sweet and quite large. The bathroom was a good size and kept tidy. This place was only a 5minute drive form the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo. We highly recommend staying at B&B Cristallo!!

The room is impressively clean. The host is very kind. Walking distance to cortina shops/Food. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing. We loved this booking.

Cleanliness was subpar (bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned from previous guests). Host doesn’t speak English. There is a steep hill to the accommodation which makes it very difficult to carry luggage. Breakfast could be served earlier and all options should be available at the buffet (we had to ask the host - which spoke little English - if we wanted anything in particular other than cake and yogurt). Overall, there are hotels closer to the center for similar prices so really not worth choosing a B&B You can also hear everything from the other rooms

It was quite hard to reach the owner at checkin. We rang the doorbell several times, but no answer. Then we tried to call the owner, but she hardly spoke any English and didn't understand that we had arrived and wanted to check in. We had to ask the other guests to find the owner. We expected buffet breakfast, but we had to decide the previous day what we wanted to have for breakfast: we had to fill out a form in Italian (there was no English translation at all). Some equipment in the bathroom was broken. The toilet was a bit uncomfortable. The room and bathroom is not very suitable for tall people.

The view is very nice, we even saw deer one morning. The location is very quiet, but only 15 minutes walking distance from the town centre. The room is very clean, the staff cleans it every day. The cake at breakfast was quite delicious.
