The property is located about a 25 minute walk from one of the entrances to the Vatican. We weren't in town for sight-seeing, so it wasn't important for us to be in the city center near the main sites. But there is a metro station nearby to access the touristy areas if desired. Honestly, it was a relief to be in an authentic Roman neighborhood and not have to battle hordes of tourists for a cafe or restaurant. Lots of great dining options around. Also prices were normal for Rome and not inflated like at the main sites. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offerings are very generous, we were honestly surprised by how nice the property was. Host had fantastic communication from beginning to end!

The elevators at the metro station was out of order. Other than that there was nothing to complain about. We reallly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

The guest house is in close vicinity to a metro station as well as several bus lines, allowing for a quick and easy access to all sightseeing locations in the city centre. It takes just a 15 min walk to reach the Vatican. There are several good and affordable restaurants close by, as well as a bakery that also offers pizza and pasta. Our room was spacious, with a tiny balcony. Chiara was a wonderful landlady and made sure that everything was perfect.

Very good location of the property, 5 minutes walk from the Cipro Metro station, close to the Vatican Musem and St Peter Basilica (10 minutes walk). A large variety of restaurants nearby with delicious food and atmosphere. The room has a modern design, it was clean and comfy. The bed very conformable. Breakfast was nice and more than enough. Chiara, the landlady was very helpful and kind with all our questions and requests. I strongly recommend this property.

Entering via the Metro as a first time user, I was easily turned around. Better preparations on my part would have been helpful. The staff remained in constant contact and helped me through this minor confusion.

I have stayed in audreys rooms for more then 2 weeks and I coudnt choose better accomodation. Its few steps from metro and bus station that take you to the centre (15 minutes to spanish steps) in a residential area. There are great caffes (Siciliana), restaurants (Romana), fast foos (Voglia di pane, bonci) and places to have aperitivo (nice life bistrot). As well tehre are few supermarkets and laundries. Chiara is supernice and attentive to her guests needs. Her place is a flat on 3. floor with a breakfast kitchen and 3 spacious rooms (2 with balconies). Its well maintained with everything you might need including AC (very useful in roman summer:-) I hope to come back soon as this place became my roman home.

It was slightly hard to find using Google maps, but easy once I knew where it was. Otherwise no complaints at all.

The room was excellently arranged, there was a desk for the laptop and a nearby socket to plug it in, there was a kettle for tea as well as a coffee maker, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great and well equipped. Breakfast was well thought through to make it safe. There was an elevator, as advertised, with very few stairs to reach it. It was impeccably clean. The location is good, the neighbourhood is full of good places for food, and very near both the Vatican and Cipro metro.
