It is a simple apartment, nothing luxurious. The service is very good and the breakfast delicious. Five minutes walk to the square. And it has a clothes washing machine

The furniture is functional and ok but definitely from the '80s or older.

Very nice and polite hosts. Big apartment with a balcony. Excellent breakfast: At the bakery at the ground floor you can order whatever you want as a breakfast, free of charge.

Michela made our 50th anniversary very special. Decorated our room and gave us heartfelt hospitality. Easy, easy parking. Location stellar. Great breakfast for only 5 Euros. Wonderful!

Great staff, good facilities, including the bar/patisserie below, with the same owner. We loved this apartment, our favourite place on on our trip. The owner was really helpful in finding us a place for an addional night in San Gimignano.

Large with a beautiful sunny bathroom, the accommodation just on the outskirts of San Gimignano is perfect for even longer stays. Being above the bakery it provides a luxurious choice for breakfast!

It's a general issue in Italy, but there was no sockets suitable for laptop charger. We had to borrow adapter that was used for the kettle. You would assume that if you're in EU there should be one standard for all sockets, but that's wrong. So it would be super nice to have some extra adapter in the apartments.

We've booked the room that accommodates 4 people for 2 and it was perfect. The interior is kind of village-style, but I adored it. The Internet is decent and provided for free. Breakfast is just perfect, yea it just consists of sweet croissants but they are extremely tasty. The location of the apartments is outside of the castled city walls but that's like super close anyway.

We enjoyed our time in San Grimignano and had a lovely stay at Il Criollo. Apartment very comfortable. The guys were friendly and check in was a breeze.

The room was very spacious, location right under the old city, and it is attached to a cute coffee shop where you have your breakfast that is included - your choice of pastry and a coffee or juice. The hosts are very nice and there is a feeling of a local neighborhood cafe.
