Complicated internet access system. Air conditioning dependent on the acees card. Surprisingly slow elevator.

A very good hotel. Good positioning for Gardaland. Relatively ok breakfast, generous parking, helpful staff. Good food in restaurant. Excellent price-quality ratio. Pleasant rooms, with a very large bathroom. Gardaland - an extraordinary amusement park.

A few cobwebs in the bathroom.

Very nice owners, popular place because of the restaurant (the restaurant was full), delicious dinner on site (lasagne and tiramisu). Clean room, comfortable bed.

The location…. Although it’s only about 6.5k out from the lake this is a massive cost in taxis but again after harassing the owner by WhatsApp we were able to find and use the local bus which was a massive money saver!! It just took a little longer to get places but in the end we enjoyed the bus trip in and seen parts of lake garda we wouldn’t have seen. Every cloud has a silver lining!!

We loved everything about our stay. The room was a really good size and was spotless on arrival. The room was also made up on a daily basis which after traveling round Italy for 2 weeks was a luxury. We had eaten in a lot of places in Italy prior to our stay and yet the food served for dinner at the restaurant on site was the best food we had the entire trip. Another massive plus was the staff…from the owner who I tortured by WhatsApp when I couldn’t find out how to get to the accommodation, he helped settle my nerves and offered advice. The staff we met on a daily basis as well were outstanding and really helped make our stay amazing and memorable.

The location is ideal if you have a car, we happened to rely on public transport which can be a little challenging during Sunday/public holidays.

located between railway and highway- but I knew that before so no issue. also train is electric so you hear but not too bad.

My favorite part was that my room was purple. I absolutely loved it. Simone was the absolute seeetest. It was just me and my 3 month old and he carried her her up the stairs for me. He was super sweet even through the language barrier, and my terrible Italian. My view outside was phenomenal, my favorite part if Italy is all the Vinyards.

There is a railway line near the accommodation, which is annoying if you sleep with the window open.

We booked the room on the understanding there was a kitchenette, as this option was clicked on Booking, but there is not an option for cooking at all. There is a restaurant instead. Location was a bit of a surprise we did not realise, the trattoria was next to the road.

The bed is comfortable, the room is spaxceous enough. Staff was very pleasant. They are really good sending information prior to arrival. Staff is very pleasant and welcoming. It is near Sirmione, and close to the Therme Villa de Cedri. We spent two amazing evenings in the therme.

We had a spiderweb in our bathroom which even though we told them they didn’t remove for 2 nights. One of our towels had a yellow spot on it so it was not totally clean.there was dust in multiple places in room.

People working here were always available and nice to us. Parking was really easy.although breakfast was italian style(baked cakes etc) it was good and homemade. Would have been beter if there was a continental breakfast. Since they had a trattoria as well we didn’t have problem finding a place to have dinner. We had good food there.

It was very hard to communicate since they almost don’t speak English. The toilet was not accurately clean, could have been better. The breakfast could have had more savoury options.

The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
