There was no water in the pool (early in April, but it could have been informed that it was no water in the swimming pool). The breakfast was over at 10 o’clock- a little bit earlier than expected.

Staff were friendly however not the most accommodating and the pool wasn’t open due to being “off season” it was 24°+ so would have been nice to have a swim. Breakfast was very minimal however what to expect when travelling in Italy but again would have been nice to have something hot like eggs/bacon Air con in the room did not work due to it again being “off season” however it was so hot outside the room was sweltering and we were unable to put on any A/C so suffered in the nighttime

Our room was very basic and not as the pictures on website. We had no bed spread and it was just two twin beds made to be a double. The bathroom was mouldy and had a huge sofa bed folded up which was in the way.

The pool and the staff were very lovely as were the views and location.

The view from our balcony was exceptional! Had sea, pool and full view of mt vesuvius. The location is perfect for local bars and restaurants. Lovely staff, very clean and the rooms were spacious and modern. Pool was a great bonus too. Highly recommend.

lack of information from reception from some of the employees, others very helpful, big different On how nice the reception staff was. Do not accept boat trip to Positano/Amalfi. Expensive, crowded and a bit boring. Take the train ti Sorrento and then local bus to Positano instead.

Great hotel on the west coast of the peninsula. Clean rooms, nice pool area w/ pool service, Older teenagers, 18 & 16, had a great time. Hotel is a very short walk to the train station, it's a 15 min train ride to Sorrento. Great restaurants in Vico Equense, must visit the Pizza Academy and Al Buco.

We had a two-bedroom family suite, and the second bedroom for the kids was so small there was no space on the floor for their bags, let alone sit at the desk. No bedside tables or bedside lamps for them. The room is sold for for people but the balcony only has space and chairs for two, which means we could not enjoy the view together in the evening.

The location was perfect - central and scenic. A wonderful view from the pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and staff very friendly.

The lift was a bit scary! The lighting in the rooms is all bright white which I don’t like, but I appreciate that’s a personal preference.

The hotel is such great value and a fantastic location in which to explore Amalfi and Sorrento without being in the tourist swarm. Pool is lovely and the views are amazing. Surrounded by great shopping and restaurants. The staff were all absolutely lovely - they were helpful and attentive. Also, as a queer couple travelling in Italy, it can sometimes be awkward on check in when being same sex and insisting on a double room. But no such awkwardness here - just unquestioning acceptance.
