We had ants in the room. No kettle. Location was further than anticipated from the town city - 25 mins walk. Taxis from the hotel were fine, but harder to find in town. There are buses near to the hotel that go to the town centre and train station, but not very often and the service seems ends mid-evening.

Nice size room overlooking the gardens. We enjoyed a great breakfast. The hotel had nice facilities including a pool and spa, but sadly we didn't have time to use them. It was in a nice location, a few mins walk from the picturesque Lake Garda, as well as some nice restaurants and a fab family-run gelato (ice cream) shop.

There was a conference the first night we checked in so it was a little noisy from the bar/terrace but the noise didn't go on too late in the evening.

Great hotel a short drive from Sirmione. Everything was very clean and tidy and the large double bed was perfect for our family of 3 - there was alot of space for our baby to crawl around as well.

Could maybe have free water chiller available to fill own bottles. Mineral water available in minibar.

Very friendly and attentive stuff. The room was spacious, with extra comfortable bed, very good cleaned. Good breakfast, but not exceptional. Overall we had very favorable impression of the hotel.

Just one advise: if the external temperature is not warm, pls keep an eye on the pool room temperature till closure : i came out of the pool at 19.55 and i felt cold.

Slight issue with the steam room lighting, flashing and inconsistent. Not bad enough to ruin enjoyment of the steam, but disconcerting.

Staff very friendly, room was ready promptly, comfortable and the view was perfect. Quiet, peaceful and safe.

Bed and mattress was a bit uncomfortable, bedframes were crackling, breakfast was always the same and became boring after 2-3 days.

Nice location, friendly staff, indoor pool and spa which can be used by children under age 16, good quality food for dinner, clean rooms.

Perfectly location and facility for a wellness trip to Lake Garda. Stones throw from the promenade around the lake and into the town, also close to bus stops for onward travel. Lovely spa/pool facilities - we didn’t have any treatments, just used the facilities included in our stay pool/sauna/jacuzzi etc, all towels, swim caps, robes and slippers were provided. In fact any additions (eg pillows for the bed) were quickly provided without any fuss by the very friendly staff. Loved our stay here and would go again.

The beds were a little too hard for us, and we couldnt work out the AC as the room as too hot

We had a fabulous stay here! We were able to check in very early which we were grateful for as we had an early flight the next day and wouldnt be staying here for a full 24 hours! I wish I took the name of the lady that served us at reception as she was so helpful to us and even had the kitchen prepare us 2 breakfast bags for us leaving the following morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the use of the Spa was great after walking to Sirmione and back :-) Would come back again!

All was lovely

The atmosphere, the location, the spa facilities and spaces. Lovely place to rest to travel to nearby palaces. Scenic walk just meters down the hotel alongside Garda. Staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi. Breakfast was plentiful warm or options with lovely cakes and fruit.

Bed was hard, I prefer a soft bed, but my husband liked it as thats his preference.

Entrance and reception were big, clean, and had great atmosphere. Calming water sounds from the 2 water fountains. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Room 304 was big with a beautiful view of the lake. Powerful shower. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we did a drink at the bar. The sitting area was in like 3 sections, but they were more cushion covered benches, so we chose seats in the reception area, which were comfy. The cocktails were fab 👌

Didn’t like having to book the use of spa , as it didn’t open until 10.00am I didn’t get to use it

For the price, have only 2 hours available for day on the spa was not exactly what I expected. Also, they allowed the entrance of kids on the spa and since is not so big, the spa area was quite busy and loud, not so much relaxing.

The view was amazing, the spa was nice too and the room was very comfortable.
