There was one sour staff person(a man) whose being in customer service is very questionable. We felt that he was not willing to be of help or disturbed by hotel customers. Maybe he probably was a janitor or some harbour worker who was replacing temporarily the skilled personel (it was low season)and therefore clearly not willing to be in contact with other than boat people, if any. Everything here was excellent but this one sulking unfriendly elderly man poisoned atmosphere occasionally. We spent two nights here instead of 3 intended on our road trip and left to Levanto.

Very nice new appartment, stylish. A patio (common) right outside, with nice views to the harbour. No wall neighbours was a plus, it was quiet. We also liked the secure parking right outside the apartment. The Lady and the younger boy at the office were very nice and with good service attude, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Fezzano itself is not much so I´d only recommend the location as a base from where to explore Porto Venere, Cinque Terre and other interesting surroundings - this was very ok for us because we were travelling by car.

Nothing, it was great.

Everything was great, the room, the restaurant at the beach club and the gym facilities there. The view of the harbor at night was pretty. But the biggest positive was the staff, especially Elke was enthousiastic and very keen to help you with any questions.

The restaurant at the marina! 17 euros for 3 scallops? Pity!

It was clean, but the rooms are very small! Another thing it’s that we ask for somewhere to have a lunch or grab something for eat, and the staff suggested the restaurant at the marina, it was awful! The food was horrible, no tasty, small portions and too expensive, we trust, because they told me, they usually eat there, yes, they do, But for the staff they had generous portions and have different menu! That was a pity! :(

Obviously, the separate bathroom has it’s inconveniences but we knew that’s what we’d booked.

The room was quite small, the photos of the room were a bit mis-leading as it was made to look as though there was a sitting room when in fact that's were the bed is.

Great location, on a lovely marina. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. The room was cosy, clean and secure. Secure parking was also available with plenty of spaces. The bus stopped frequently at the top of the road so it was easy to hop on and go to Portovenere or La Spezia. The staff were super helpful.

The stairs are very long and narrow and it’s very difficult to carry your luggage upstairs.

We took two apartments, one of witch was modern and clean. However, the other apartment was very old. The people are nice and welcoming. The town is very quiet, perfect for the family.

It’s located south of La Spezia. We arrived at the train station and walked 10 minutes to a bus stop, keep in mind that you have to buy the bus tickets in advance, there are some shops where you can buy them, also at the accommodation reception, and can only pay by cash (€2). After waiting for a long time for bus #11 or P to pass, we could get in about 15 minutes to Fezzano, where the apartments are located in the Marina. All these instructions were kindly provided by chat. It was a nice, clean, small room with a big comfortable bed. It had a fridge, a desk and an electric kettle. In Fezzano there’s not much to do, it’s a very small colorful town, with lots of boats in the sea, we stayed there as a base to go to Cinque Terre. The lady at the reception, kindly suggested that the best way to go visit Cinque Terre, was by ferry, so in the same stop, and the same bus we took to get to Fezzano, we went to Porto Venere, another small town, more picturesque, and with a nice castle and where ferries depart to go to Cinque Terre. The lady at the front desk was very kind, not only with the suggestions on how to get to Cinque Terre but also looking for solutions because we had no cash to pay the bus tickets.

The apartment is great, located in Trastevere, one of the best areas of the city. The apartment is comfortable, clean and good price. The check in and check out was so easy, and Simona was an incredible host. The apartment has a kitchen and a supermarket in the corner, so it is perfect if you want to cook. Everything was great!

It was very difficult to get into the shower - for reference I am petite and 5ft 2 and I struggled to squeeze into the shower as there was a tight narrow space between the shower and the sink. I would also say the room felt damp and our clothes / the bedding all started to feel damp. We left the air con on and had the door open when we were there, but that didn't seem to help. Not sure what was causing this, but it was a bit off-putting lying on a damp bed.

the room was very clean, and there were good facilities eg hair dryer and kettle. The location was pretty and off a very quiet road so there was no noise. The bathroom was also clean and there was plenty of space to hang clothes. The room is super secure - there is a very heavy duty lock on the door so we felt very safe and secure. The room was the perfect temperature.

I guess the fact we didn't have the bathroom in our bedroom was not what I expected.

Well, I think it was a quaint place, Gian Marco was very helpful and accommodating. Also we had free parking and the wifi was also very good!

There wasn’t much sound proofing but I’ve come to expect that in Italy and we had good luck with other guests as it was relatively quiet

We stayed in the room for one night while visiting Cinque Terre. We had a car so this location was easy to access and free parking was much appreciated. For someone wanting to explore Cinque Terre without a car, then it might be a bit out of the way. Host arranged a self check in for us which worked really well, she was also super helpful with anything over the phone.
