Gorgeous location with a comfortable and authentic cabin

The only thing I have issues with is unsecured wifi networks. It’s my own thing but that is literally all I had issues with so I didn’t use it. It is great that they offer free wifi, I simply wouldn’t log on cause networks that don’t require passwords sketch me out.

So peaceful! It had everything I would need, without me even knowing it. I was in cabin #1 and the bunkbeds I thought were going to be small were a full/queen, everything in there was clean and they even had a french press with fresh ground coffee for me to make in the AM -as well as some teas. The wind was nuts the day I arrived so I was stoked to get to a safe haven, the views were glorious and it was the perfect little cabin to help me feel safe. The wind was so strong the entire cabin was shaking but I found it oddly adorable and comforting because the structure/bones were quite strong and the energy just felt so nice :) I slept so well and check in/check out was a breeze. I was alone and have been touring all the nature baths on island so I didn’t have to use any hot water/shower, but the toilet and kitchen had everything.

The shower was poorly built. The whole bathroom was flooded after showering. The price was a bit too high.

The view was awesome. The kitchen had everything what you need.

Place is beautiful, little cabin well taken care of, big window adds a lot to the experience. Good communication and self check-in availability, which is great because we arrived late at night after a long drive.

It is super cozy and clean. Although it might not be big, I feel comfortable staying in the cabin. The view from the cabin is great, we got to see the glacier from the window. There are some distance with other cabins, the privacy is great. It is not far from hofn which is great. I highly recommend this cabin and will comeback for sure.

the location and views are excellent, the way you can feel the owner care about you by making sure (even if you did not see any staff), all your needs are attended to in the room - number of clean towels, good linen used on the bed, making sure the cabin is clean and everything is working (nothing is broken), enough racks in the shower/bathroom to put your things despite the small size, making sure the cabin is warm when you arrive, making sure you know where to get your keys, the cabins are tastefully done.

Cosy, clean and absolutely adorable cabin with absolutely everything you could need - stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, pans and utensils etc! Also had ground coffee and a cafetière and some tea. I felt so relaxed in this little cabin. The water was hot for us the whole time. The bed built into the wall was so cosy and comfy. And the view of the glacier and of the ponies was perfect and uninterrupted.

Fridge buzzes, which you hear at night. Nearest town is 25 minutes drive away.

Nothing at all

It was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend this place. Beautiful cabins, beautiful landscape and very kid friendly with an area for them to play when there is good weather. The cabin is well equipped and clean, we were 5 for a studio cabin, we were warned it might be tight so we were ready for a small space, however the space was definitely sufficient for 4 adults and one child, since we were most of the time out and about exploring. Didn’t meet the staff because the place is this organised and efficient, however they were very fast to reply and accommodating. Amazing stay!

Great cabin, also nice for couples. Just use the lower bunk bed which is a semi-double. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay.

This place was fantastic. The view from both inside and outside the cabin was amazing. We especially loved sitting on the couch with a cup of tea looking at the glacier. Check in was easy, the cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Ready can't recommend this place highly enough, it was fantastic; would definitely love to stay here again some day.
