very bad room, not clean bad smoking smell, TV not working, reception employee at check in very aggressive with wrong answers. they claim that I received this bad room because I used booking application. they believe customer is always wrong.

The rooms are not comfortable they lack extractor fan in the bath and the cutlrtains are not neat and rooms smells not sure it os from the carpet or what . I was given an upgrade apparently to delilux room. So im not sure wehtrr it was upgraxe or downgrade? old in general lack of style and unprofessional people to run such facilities. It is not worth the money just wanted to take the wife for a special evening. Seems like people accept anything because they don't have style or they gave up on thete rights

One female staff her name was jesi she was very Unrespectful .. she dont know anything about ethics and out of humanity .. she was very bad and cheap person.. She made our day bad .. However , there was a gentleman staff his name was mohammed in reception , he covered defect of hotel services..many many thanks for him ..

The room was aged, the bathroom was uncomfortable with a lot of things keep broken. the AC was not functional and the breakfast was expensive and no worthy

Room Interior old and same like my stay years ago, too expensive the buffet, during my stay there where 4 weddings each day so to much non Hotel guest that created noise and for my point of view regarding covid- 19 unaccepted.

Well maintained, clean and comfortable. The food is very good with so many variations, and the staff are very helpful. Special thanks to the duty manager Mr. Mohammed Nassar and to Mahmoud Firoun Sarraa and Abdulla who helped me with all my requests and made my stay such a wonderful experience. I will stay in this hotel next time.

Nothing really. The power run out a few times but returned after a few seconds.

The staff was very professional. Always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of cheese, sausages (chicken or beef) etc. The cleaning was spotless and the bed very comfortable. You have a good view from your room over either the city or the Tigris river. WiFi-connection was good troughtout the hotel. The security routins at the hotel was very serious and I felt safe during my whole stay.

checkout was a disaster and took ages because the printer was broken. the poor girt kept me waiting trying to sort out until I requested to leave. I do not wish to miss my flight

The staff is wonderful. Mercy at the front desk made me feel welcomed on arrival. During check in she mentioned all of the amenities inside the hotel available to me. It was a pleasant start to my stay. Thanks to her. The bell assistants are always prompt and respectful. I find myself sitting and talking to them on my visits. Very nice guys there.

1. rooms are very old, even the carpet looks are old and dirty 2. bathroom inside the room was leaking from the drainage 3. first room checked in, I found a bug on the bed and staff were kind enough to change the room immediately 4. Price is very expensive for a very standard and very small room 5. I tried two rooms and Tv wasn’t working at all
