Parking, though parking is there, it's right at the entrance on the main road, somewhat difficult to get your car in and out of parking.

The location is at walkable distance from patnem Beach, which I felt less crowded than the palolem beach, palolem too is 2KM away, the resort has all necessary facility, with kitchen as well, overall very nice place.

Some guests left dirty plates outside their rooms which attracted cockroaches. The staff cleared the plates away once we notified them of the problem, but it would be good if they had been cleared without us having to notify them. You had to ask to have your room cleaned.

Breakfast was good, freshly made eggs to order as you like them. Quiet location, yet short walk to the beach and its many excellent restaurants. We had a comfy, spacious room with kitchen. The room also had a wonderful balcony for sitting and watching the world go by whilst sipping a cool drink.

Swimming pool is at the entrance and you won't feel privacy. Shower was not there at the pool. They can add more options for breakfast. Balcony mesh door was not cleaned properly.

Suite room was good enough for family. Restaurant food is good. Room service was also good they had provided what ever we have requested including induction and vessels. It's accessible to the beach and location was good. Property was having the private parking.

There were power supply cuts, but as I understood it was the problem for every Patnem hotel or restoraunt. And it's better to make a little refreshment of some stuff and rooms... But anyway it was good

No generator backup - electricity went for 3-4 times during my stay and we had to sit in the dark. No hot water in bathrooms. In-house restaurant has limited options.

Superb location - 10 minutes walk to Patnem & around 20 minutes walk to Palolem beach. It is quite close to man highway so going to other places is very easy. Parking within gated premises for 5-6 cars and 10-15 scooters. Plus there is parking outside the gate for 4-5 cars which is quite secure. The room was spacious and clean. Balcony facing the pool was an added advantage. Checkin & checkout was quick.

breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but considering the covid situation and us being the only guests for breakfast, they had to get it by order. also, the taste wasn't good. The pool was under maintenance.

Just that the pool was not operational. But I guess that was to follow the Covid protocols.

This resort is just few minutes away from the Serene, calm Patnem Beach. Palolem Beach is 6-8 minutes drive. There are local eateries around the resort also the shacks on the beach are quite nice. The staff was very cordial and attentive. Special thanks to Clema who also helped us arrange for the Dolphin ride. WE stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms were clean, Spacious and very very comfortable. They also provided the toiletries and the complimentary breakfast they serve has a wide spread.
