A bit run down around the pool

There was a pool bar, which seemed it hasn’t been used for some time - it has big potential if maintained well - the pool and surroundings could also use a caring hand.

The location is great - close to the beach - 5 min walk. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a big pool available at the property.

The pool was drained for cleaning and it took 2 days to get it refilled so unable to use the pool at all. Bit disappointing when this is why we booked this hotel. If we had known we would have stayed on the beach

Breakfast not included - should have been for that price. We instructed them how to clean areas like bathroom, surfares and so on.

When we complained the staff did everything they could to help us and make us satisfied. Very nice people.

Pool was a bit cloudy water, but many people using it ok. They re filled it while we were there with fresh water, but it was still cloudy... think they need a filter or something. Two or three days in the week they had afternoon pool party which was very noisy and the room was uninhabitable for us then when we would have liked to nap away from the heat.

Cleanliness poor bed sheets and towels are stained. Bathroom taps are non functional. Power cut 2 wise in 3 days.

Though we have visited in monsoon, a bit of maintenance is still needed.

Hotel staff are very accommodating. Rooms were clean. They have in house restaurant-bar & Food was Good. Vegetable Maggie from their restaurant is a must have. Mr. Arjun has assisted us a lot during our entire stay from checkin to serving dinner late night. Thumps up for their warm hospitality.

The hotel has not been kept clean. I used to go here before the pandemic but now it's in a very bad shape. The pool water is so murky you can't see the bottom. The hotel room was moist and the floor was sticky making you feel quite unclean. The bathroom was very wet like there was permanent water leakage. The bathroom didn't have a functioning shower or a hand shower. Even the bucket was covered with black mold. The jet spray in the toilet didn't have a holder. It was fallen on the floor. I didn't really want to stay but we came for too far. I was with a senior citizen and a child. I had no option but to continue. I notified the staff, they worked on my complaints but these are basic things. They should have fixed them proactively and not waited for me to have a bad experience. It was really quite horrible. The worst was that this hotel charges you 2% extra for Indian cards and 4% for international cards. This extra fees is called MDR and it is illegal as per RBI to charge the customer this amount. When I brought it up, the clerk asked me to use UPI. I don't think I'll ever stay there again.

I liked the location. It was walking distance to the beach.

The pool was very dirty, along with the changing / shower room which had sick in the sink and down the toilet ! Walls were black and the plug hole didn’t work so all the water built up inside the cubicle! It was filthy. As was the area around the pool, the safe in the room didn’t work either, I wouldn’t book this again or recommend to anyone, we actually didn’t stay the night and moved somewhere else.

Great location. It’s a one minute walk from the beach. Staff was very helpful. Helped me order taxis and looked after me after I hurt my eye on the beach. They also let us use the shower after we checked out as we had a late departure time.

Did not match the description on booking.com no satellite tv, no safety deposit boxes. fridge very smelly and not clean, fan in bathroom not clean. Place could do with an upgrade shower broken. It certainly did not live up to a luxury description. Staff blamed COVID for things not being right like safety deposit box keys missing etc. Need to change the profile to match reality. I asked for a pick up from the airport which was agreed to but didnt happen.

Staff friendly. Location good. room large and basic cleaning undertaken. Didnt use the pool.
