Inside the room, the curtain system was broken so we couldn't lift them, the room was a little dark. The furniture inside was a bit dirty as was the furniture in the common areas, which is minor but when you pay this price you expect the place to be clean. Also, there is no food at all apart from the breakfast which forces you to go out even when you would like to just enjoy a night in at the hotel.

loved the building and the location, the staff was very nice and attentive from the beginning to the end and the breakfast was very nice! The room was also comfortable and a good size. Inside it was quiet and nice environment.

It is like walking into a black brothel. This is the only way I can describe it. The walls are black. The floor is black. The lighting is so dim. We had to move rooms as the first room just wasn’t up to standard. Our second room was nicer, but the decor is awful, mis-matched and cheap furniture.  We were due to stay here for four nights, but got told that we couldn’t stay on the fourth night as they rented out the whole hotel to someone else. They moved us to another hotel which was very disappointing as we were kept awake all night by people partying in the streets.

Rooms very dark and gloomy. On 3rd level foyer carpet worn / trip hazard. Carpet in entry level worn/ old , no need for carpet as it is trip hazard.

Mustafa was excellent with service. Very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Our first room the air conditioning was noisy so they changed our room no problem.

- the hotel didn't feel very clean, the carpets and the rug outside our room were not vacuumed, we would see used glasses that didn't get picked up for a day, and I even noticed crumbs on the entry couches that weren't cleaned up. Shame, as the hotel is beautifully designed, just needs more care. - there is no parking on site (and you have to park on the curb to drop bags), so you have to park at a lot that's a 10 min walk away

The location was amazing, easy to walk to all the key sights in Jerusalem. The hotel itself is beautiful, but could have used an extra cleaning.

Cleaning was really bed. Pillow was old and need washing.

Authentic modern style hotel in good location! It’s about 15 minutes from holy church and al Aqsa mosque. In hotel you can find free bar with good alcohol. Room was with beautiful French balcony, and also breakfast was served fantastic.

It would be great to have a proper outdoor jacuzzi/ mini pool The current jacuzzi is more suitable for indoor and private bath use

I had to ask for a chair in the room, but it was brought straight away.

The breakfast was too limited, and unfortunately l have a sweet tooth, so the dips on offer were not to my taste. The location was excellent, a short walk from the Jaffa Road.

no parking! had to pay for my own parking and walk half a kilometer with my language also the place seemed not 100% maintained (not super clean)
