The facilities are pretty run down and in need of a renovation. Multiple issues in both rooms we had - TV, shower, phone... The golf cart transportation is ponderous and makes forgetting an item in the room a PITA.

The staff were caring and attentive. The food was quite good. The swimming pools are nice and well maintained. The surroundi g nature is beautiful. The reef is nearby. It's quieter than most of the hotel strip.

It needs a renovation or at least a small make up. The hotel and open areas were quite dirty. The room was also jot very clean, and many things were old and worn out. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable!

The location is good, quiet and far from the main city. Close to the good beaches of Eilat. Great pool and good atmosphere all together.

The room was very old and lack of maintenance. Inside the room you didn't have a place to hang your wet towels.

The food selection at breakfast was excellent and it was very tasty.

Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness was not adequate, and the general upkeep was mediocre. We have been to this hotel several times over the years and clearly things have deteriorated.

The hotel is layed out in Thai village style, full of palm trees, all in all it has a great vibe. The pool is nice, the views too. It is relatively isolated, but easy to reach the city by car. Some good beaches are nearby.

There are little things that the hotel could do to improve maintenance. It would highly improve the quality of the rooms back to their original level of luxury. But really, little things.

We moved to one of the basic Shangri-La suites and it was the best decision. Of course it was at an additional cost but it was absolutely worth it. The whole Hotel is beautiful, quiet and the staff are amazing! Always eager to help. The breakfast was very good too. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The cleanliness was a 2 out of 10 the cleaners need to clean under beds and walls - our first night was a nightmare with a room falling apart - they could not change us and we had nowhere we could have gone. The next day management and staff responded right away to correct the problem but giving us an upgrade room. The new room was not perfect but it was cleaner and we enjoyed our next few days

The only complaint I have was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable. Just too firm for my liking. Good for some folks I guess. Other than that, everything was perfect, and, mlst importantly, as advertised.

The peacefulness and serenity of this resort is almost unparalleled for this country. The resort is so beautiful; if you love being surrounded by gorgeous trees and fauna, silence, and breathtaking views, this place is for you.

We couldn't keep the light out of the room when we wanted to sleep The room doesn't cancel the sounds from outside. Our neighbors we're playing loud music throughout most of their stay, and wouldn't turn it down, and even with the door closed we still herd it and felt the vibrations of the bass

This property is really nice, like a small village. Our room was nice and clean and the bathroom had double sinks, double showers. We did enjoy breakfast and dinner which was delicious and the pool area was nice to relax.
