It was difficult to find the place. It would be helpful to provide a picture of the entrance for those coming on foot rather than by car.

We were there on Shabbat and the Shabbat elevator was a nuisance for us, but we managed.

Everything was as expected. There was no breakfast included., but coffee and tea and cookies as much as we liked, as well as cold and hot water The view was excellent

Very comfortable room, great shower and the two rooftop terraces are amazing to relax or even work. I’ve been to Israel many times, and this was by far the best accommodation I’ve stayed at. Very friendly staff, great wine and the coffee machine on the 15th floor is amazing too.

A bit hard to find for such a great place.

Without a doubt, one if the best views in the whole city. The only thing that beats that was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I loved the little, well equipped lounge area on each floor. Inviting guests before dinner made our stay very memorable. Loved it.

We arrived after almost 2 hours traffic from Hebron tired and sweating.  We misunderstood the instructions to get into the building, so it was a bit difficult to get in. Once we made it and arrived at the top floor where the check in is,  we where greated by whom we think was the hotel manager, and a lovely Spanish speaking Helena from the reception. They must have seen that we where tired and offered a drink to what we agree. We chose a glass of white wine and were offered a complimentary bottle of fresh Israel white wine, enjoying it in the spectacular terrace overlooking the old town of Jerusalem. What a spectacular welcoming! Our room was 2 floors below with its own separate big terrace to enjoy the view. Room was small, but bright, and with all amenities outside in a lobby room like coffee and tea, wonderful! The location could not be better, next to Jaffa Street and 5 minutes walk from famous lively Mahaneh Yehuda Market. On our departure the receptionist and manager arranged a taxi to Tel Aviv Airport as it was Saturday (Shabat) and no public transport was available. Manager even texted us to know about our stay and wish us a good trip. Such an excellency in service! We will definetely come back.
