The private beach is located approximatly 350 m from the hotel and belongs to the Nevo hotel. the bathrobe they provided was worn out, I could not wear.

Great location in front of the public beach, close to the Dead Sea Mall. Delicious food. The view over the Dead Sea is unfogettable!

The usual services to which we were accustomed - the massages - had been moved to their adjacent hotel, three blocks away, necessitating a walk.

Amazing quality and overwhelming quantity of food, both breakfast and dinner.

The food court doesn't have an elegant atmosphere, aspecially in the evenings.

The room was lovely, with wonderful view and comfortable beds. The hotel was clean, and the food was very tasty. The hot pools were very enjoyable and the beach was very close.

Pleasant surroundings, helpful staff. Enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Dining room had ample buffet catering to all tastes. Good location to restaurants, stores, Dead Sea. Enjoyed the experience of interacting with the evacuees.

Quite slow check-in and check-out. Probably not enough staff. It’s best to arrive at the reception in advance, so you don’t miss the bus like we did.

The hotel is located between two mountains, so at sunset the beach in front of it remains lit the longest. The hotel pool area was very nice, as was the breakfast with plenty of Israeli dishes to try.

Since there wasn't a balcony, we missed options to hang our wet clothes to dry. During Yom Kippur, there was an option to order dinner via room service - the food itself was okay, the process of ordering though was slow and tedious, it seemed no one knew what to do.

The room was spacious, enough for two people. The matress was great. Shabbat dinner was amazing, with various options.

Not very clean, the staff was rather rude at times and did not seem to provide help. As a non-Hebrew/non-Arabic-speaking person, staff often ignored or treated me differently. The breakfast buffet was good. However, the dinner was disappointing. The food was very fatty, and nothing simple was left to eat (e.g. nice pasta/pizza, fish), too extravagant for a buffet with poorly produced food.

Nice location with big mordern rooms. 5 Minute walk from the mall and the Dead Sea. Comfy beds and pillows.

The staff weren’t overly friendly, we put a card on the room and money was taken straight away which we weren’t told about, but it was cancelled as soon as we asked. There was an issue with the lighting in the room but I rang down and it was fixed straight away.

The room was very big, the pool was also really nice. Good selection at breakfast. Really enjoyed the robes in the room and the free water.

Rooms clearly on fast change+round, as ours had lots of basic facilities missing that needed to be brought upstairs later. Like hairdryer, dressing gowns, iron and even drinking water! And I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff push you out of the way to get in a lift before the guests!! But this place does just that!

Location very close to beach, with parking.

There is no water at reception or in the room which is not ideal for a hotel in a desert. We never managed to enjoy the pool because it was closed when we went.
