Our villa only had bathroom upstairs, so it was quite uncomfortable to go up from the pool. It would be much easier to have one bathroom downstairs as well. No sun came into the pool area, because there was a huge wall next to the villa.

Nice villa, great location, very friendly staff. We stayed for short time,but we would love to return. Good breakfast with variety of options, good timings. Loved the bath with hidromassage.

The wifi kept cutting in and out on multiple occasions the further you were away from the main lobby the worse it got. Some days we had to go to the lobby to search things we wanted to do for the day instead of being in our room and doing it. Another thing every time we got back from being out our key card stopped working and we were quite a bit away from the lobby so to walk up there and get a new one 4 times was an issue.

Friendly staff , included breakfast package definitely worth buying food was refresh and good variety to choose from to get the day started. Villa was 3 levels with adequate air conditioning in the bed room , pool was big and perfect temp. Booked a tour to ubud from reception was facilitated by company employee guestie (personal tour guide was amazing an very informative of the areas visited )using company vehicle was comfortable and actually was cheaper than booking from an app !

If I had to mention one thing we didn’t like, it was the non air conditioned living space, such a wonderful space overlooking your private pool but with the humidity in Bali it really needs to be air conditioned.

The villa wasn't very clean. Freezer door missing, water stains on the walls, bathroom was dirty on arrival. Can't hear the neighbors as well.

Maybe the breakfast variations could be better. Was boring after third time. Too noisy neighbours with little kiddo’s yelling and moving furniture through villa every morning from 6:30am.

Terrible WiFi by Bali and Indonesian standards - it drops off every 10-15 minutes and disappears for 2-3 minutes so if you're here on business (which I was) makes working, especially zoom calls, particularly difficult.

Genuinely lovely people working here in all areas of the complex who go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay, good-sized pool, great breakfasts (and good food on the restaurant menu too at reasonable prices), well-located.

Due to the design, some noise can carry over from neighbouring villas. Personal preference, but we found the bed a bit hard

The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and engaging. We loved the location - some really good restaurants nearby, or a short walk to everything Seminyak has to offer. The villa is really spacious and the pool is very nice. Great value for what you receive
