We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

JerseyAs a get away from it all it is great for a few days. Bring some ear plugs as local noises but don’t let it put you off as a great experience at a great price. We left feeling rejuvenated and the property has been one of the highlights of our holiday.
The service from the staff was first class. They were so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and loved the private pool and sun terrace. We had breakfast and dinner on the sun terrace and it felt special.

NetherlandsThe wi-fi didn’t always work properly but it didn’t bother us too much. The road to the villa has been mentioned before, just don’t get worried as the hotel is absolutely worth all the bumps on the road :-)
Everything! It was a match at the first sight! A breathtaking view , a spick-and span clean villa with all possible facilities : anti mosquito stuff, coffee-tea, enough bottles of water , even an incense with rose smell. Sri is the best chef ever! You should try all her dishes, including desserts. Afternoon tea is a must as well: exquisite bananas or kiwi pancakes, grilled in coconut, simply amazing! All meals could be served in your villa or at the restaurant, both options are delightful : tastefully served and with the wonderful view. The staff are doing their best to respect your privacy and are extremely polite and smiling. We didn’t want to leave this paradise haha . Thank you so much for your hospitality 🙏🏻

If you are looking for 'ZEN' this is your place! In the hills overlooking the green rice fields and out to sea hubby and I were in heaven. We stayed in Villa Bougainvillia, a spacious, spotless, landscaped delight. The view was magnificent.. and from the infinity pool absolutely joyous. Full sun all day, no Mosquito's and total peace and relaxation. The staff have all worked here many years and are super efficient, kind, friendly and quietly go about their daily business without disturbance. I arrived "under the weather" and Sri our fabulous chef du cuisine and all round "fixer" did everything she could to help me, so I felt much improved afterwards...and boy can that lady can cook! Flavoursome, freshly bought ingredients went into our lovely meals each day either in Villa or at the lovely Boutique 4 table restaurant, which overlooks the sea. It was a real pleasure to taste the ' love' in her cooking, we enjoyed every mouthful.😋 Inside the Villa is tastefully decorated, comfortable and fragrant, no nasty "drain" smells, a hot, powerful shower pressure and plenty of clean, fresh smelling towels. Wonderful comfy bed too! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and we certainly did. We didn't want to leave....but we will be back....100%! Thank you Sri & Ardi for a sensational stay...see you again soon.

Netherlandsthe road to the place, as mentioned before, is not so great. even bad. the road is owned by government, who do not want to improve it. the owners saved money to do it themselves. but because of corona had to use all their savings. so let the road not be a reason not the book the place :)

United KingdomThe only thing I didn’t like is the photos of this property don’t portray the beauty of this resort!!
The staff were outstanding who made the stay personalised for the occasion. I went with my mum for her birthday and they went above and beyond for us from flower decorations to getting her a birthday cake and a bouquet of beautiful flowers. The views were also amazing from this property with our own private inifinity pool with ocean views, you can’t go wrong.
