We booked the private cottage and it was amazing. It’s very charming and you can enjoy the sunsets from your terrace. Coco and the others are super friendly. The breakfast is good ! You can get kayaks and paddle easily to snorkeling spots. Also in walking distance to the city, like 15-20min

This hotel doesnt have a beach. Beaches are located aproximatelly 10 minutes by scooter. You can swim in the water, but its too shallow.

It is a very cute small cottage located right at the sea. It has a bedroom, living room, bathroom and balcony. Bed was comfy, cottage was authentic. Very nice breakfast with variety of food. Host was very helpful, gave us some tips where to go and what to do, he also helped with boat tickets and where to find the office. You can rent a scooter for a fee and kayak- this is for free. Hotel was very quiet.

It's not a perfect spot to swim and there aren't a lot of restaurants in the direct environment but within 15min walk you're in the village.

Loved the place - so laid-back, spacious and open, with the hammock, the swing, all the different seating areas and the jetty. Also the free canoes! The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The garden area was kept absolutely spotless. Koko was a really helpful person who made our stay very pleasant. Breakfasts were great and so was the availability of food at other times of day. We hadn't realised that we would be picked up from the ferry on arrival so that was a really welcome surprise!

It is a great place to stay at Karimunjawa. Out from the town centre, it has a wonderful dock with free kayak for guests. Coco is very nice and could book for us the boat trip tour.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Speaks English fluently as well. We did the snorkeling tour arranged by this accommodation, and was the best we ever did. Location is very close to the harbour as well. The house was very neat, and there was much attention to saving the ocean in terms of pollution. A definite recommedation when visiting Karimunjawa

The location is great with a really nice view. The host Coco is een good guy, he was very helpful and spoke proper English. Tasty Indonesian breakfast with starter, main and dessert! But you can also choose non-indonesian. I really enjoyed my time here at Omah Alchy.

Exceptional place. Probably one of the most amazing houses I, and the family, has ever stayed at. Hovering above the water with amazing sunsets and an almost private pier. Staff is great, we wanted to do a BBQ with fresh fishes and they effortlessly helped us to organize. It was simply amazing. Highly recommend! Tip for the sailers under us: they rent out a small catamaran for 2-3 people for 250K a day. They also have a 8 meter catamaran which you can sail along with.

The hotel manager, Koko, is the best manager you can ever dream of. He's prepared, kind, caring and very smart, always available to make everything (literally) happen for you. We stayed in the Waru and Cemara cottage that are the two most beautiful rooms of the stay, standing directly on the sea, offering breathtaking sea and sunset views. The kitchen is also top quality, try all their traditional plates, difficult to choose which is the best one as they're all delicious!! We also spent a nice night on their Catamaran with a wonderful dinner included. The stay is offering also very nice boat trips for snorkeling (we saw all sorts of animals, including two sea turtles, thanks to the expertise of the tour guides Koko and Alladin) and island hopping (we saw four different islands in two days of boat trip). Captain Harris is well experienced and knows every meter of the sea of Karimunjawa. In total we spent 4 full days on the island, I personally think this is the minimum amount that this wonder deserves.

Coco who welcame us is very very nice. He will offer help for everything and is easy to deal with as he speaks english easily. He was very helpful as he booked us the ferry trips or found me a large mountain bike. The place is very nice, clean, charming with floating pontoon with couchs at the end so you can enjoy sunset and even canoes. Our spacious room has private outside shower and small balcony. Water in the room. Really nice. Many choices of breakfast with fresh local juice. Really tasty but if you're really hungry in the morning you will need a little more. Good time here.
