Power went out a couple of times. I had ordered a pool room in my original booking and got charged for upgrade to poolside ground flloor unit then dudnt get it as the hotel said last minute the room was taken. I was not offered any compensation for the change. Forgot towels in my room on first day of cleaning room. Had to ask staff a few times for a new towel.

The only negative we had was the shower water running onto the bathroom floor. Everything else was great.

Minor things.,..ac didn't work on arrival but to the hotel's credit,it was fixed(reset) quickly at midnight. Safe didn't work on arrival but quickly fixed 44000 for a small Bintang,( just cross the road and pay 31000)

The only issue we had was, when we arrived early, we couldnt get into our room, even though it was ready, and had to wait to 2pm, and even then we had to chase up front desk to see if it was ready. on a side note they could change to music at the pool, it was the same songs on repeat

we like the feel of older bali hotels, very friendly and accommodating, met many new friends, location was perfect 10-15 min to beach and garlic lane. 10 min to legian food court which we recommend, traditional street food. pool was a good size with pool bar, happy to come back again.

Bit of maintenance taking place but did not bother much.

Big improvement since last year. Slowly Getting back to normal after covid. Breakfast was good, better value if booked with room than after price. Staff nice and helpful. Stayed in pool view room with walk in shower. Bed and pillows comfy. Good value, convenient location.

Some of the security staff constantly harassed my girlfriend (Balinese) for money or cigarettes whenever she came to my room to pick me up,the hotel is very close to her work and was very convenient but I’m not allowed to stay there or my girlfriend won’t come so I can’t stay there anymore it’s a real shame that some of the security spoil it as I liked it and breakfast was great and it was very convenient

When we arrived we were given a room that was very run down, and not very clean but when I talked to staff they moved us to a more suitable room with no problem at all
