Restaurant advertised in the pictures with neon lights and a pool is on the other side of the island it appears to be at the hotel and is not on the advertisement No information or help checking in to even find the room we were left to walk around and find our villa alone and this is a big area No toiletries or anything at all Their online QR code that helps book thinks like snorkel equipment is incorrect and has “old prices” their new prices are more expensive, was a let down booking it and then them saying sorry give us more money or you can’t go

The bedroom urgently needs a mosquitoes nylon net.. there were literally dozens of flies roaming my body during sleep, and they seemed to be resistant to the citronella repellent I sprayed all over.. apart from that, the room had no view, and the location had zero charm - despite the well above average price (for the indonesian standard)

Maintenance of overall property is poor. It is not well kept. Appears there is shortage of staff working on look and feel of the property. Restaurant had a cavalier attitude towards orders.

Less clean, too many honey bees in the room and if you want to party at night then book something near to harbour, as this is 15-20 mins ride from party clubs and it get scary at night as you will have to ride on the bicycle other than these points the stay is nice

The location is good next to rabbit jump club which is best sunset club, the staff is also nice🙏

Got told the TV was for decoration. 4 nights stay and room didn’t get cleaned once. Not to do with the hotel but the ferry from Bali to Gili T was not the best so be warned and make sure you book with a good company.

Nice room, very basic doesn’t look like the picture. Two pools available that are very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. Right on the beach. We did extend our stay as we really enjoyed.

There are a lot of flies in the island in general but they do get into the room sometimes especially with the bathroom being outside. Of a morning they played the same “peaceful” music on repeat for about 6 hours I felt like I was going insane.

The property is a bit further up from all the clubs but we loved this, the vibe is a lot nicer this end there’s a lot of cute authentic restaurants, bars and shops. Staff are really friendly.

Also, the dinner order from the previous night at Hula left me absolutely disappointed, when I placed the order waited for almost an hour and nothing was served. When I checked again, they apologised and took my order again, but no show for the second time. I checked nearly 4 times and after waiting for 2 hours they didnt have a response. I left the place and bought a take away from another restaurant nearby. So, its a absolute No No for food (both breakfast & dinner)

Breakfast was good. But a bit disappointed cos the girls at the live egg counter forgot to prepare my order, realised only when I waited and checked after almost 45 mins.

Rooms were never cleaned, had to ask for housekeeping multiple times. Did not even think to ask if we needed fresh towels.

The room is too dark, also the room service which they never replaced the sheets on my bed. I don't like how they show photos of the swimming pool that belongs to the bar neighbouring the property looking like it belongs to the hotel.

I liked the bathroom and how private the bedroom is. The staff were very friendly and respectful.

It was very hard to get in touch with the hotel before our arrival. We have had some issues and had to check-in 1 day later. The hotel staff refused to help which left us very disappointed. The hotel is not very well maintained

The room is huge and very comfortable. The location ! The hotel is right next to the beach with amazing sunset. Bar and restaurants nearby. Very good vibe area

The location was on the other end of the island which is hard to get around and there isn’t much to do. And it’s not very accessible if you have a young kid.

No hairdryer, pool was outside of the property and in a restaurant. Only one shower gel provided and nothing for handwash. Had to keep taking it from one place to another. Breakfast was very poor.

Pool was located at a bar next door. Wifi was on and off. TV didn’t work at all. Other side of the island from most cafes/bars.

When I booked regular room-cheapest option it didn't have hot water, was super noisy bcs of construction in neighborhood and was super dark. Happily I got upgrade and experience changed totally. So I would recommend to be careful with the offer rooms.

Quiet area of the island. Beach front and impossible view on Bali. Staff is super helpful and kind! After changing room standard to higher stay was amazing.

Have to leave property to get to pool which isn’t very relaxing. No laundry services advertised or bike hire on site. Tv didn’t work and shower had no hot water for both 2 days. Resort was very messy, looked like a building site and not like pictures. staff were disinterested and unhelpful.

Beautiful location and a quick cycle to lots of bars/restaurants/snorkelling spots. Comfy bed and nicely decorated room and bathroom, pool next door was nice.

Bathroom in our room was alittle warned out . Toilet seat was unbalanced eveytime you sit down.. and the sink area was alittle dirty. The toilet had a stinky smell and ants was everywhere by the sink . Pool was out of service which they didn't put on their site to let guest know . Walking to the rooms there was alot of work being done ..some rubbish on the lawns ..the backyard area just looks unkept and unpleasant for the eye.. especially for a resort..

Good located . On the quiet side of gili T. Room was big and aircon was strong.
