It wasn't very clean, the beds and sheets were clean, but the floor was a bit dirty.

We really did like the location, we could visit everything by foot. Also we liked that the apartament was quite spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and available.

While 2 double beds were comfy to sleep, the old sofa wasn't that much. So maybe it's time to change it soon. ;)

Location was good. Old building with charm outside, and modern inside with everything you may need. We got without a problem inside using the codes provided by the owner. When we could not find the iron, the owner replied very quickly and it was solved. So she was nice and responsive.

The only bad part was that one of the bedrooms had a bed which had a broken mattress support board, but apart from that, everything was amazing.

The apartment has everything you may need during your stay. The bedrooms are enormous and the kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine seems brand new and everything was super clean. The building is really beautiful and the apartment is really well located. There's plenty of restaurants near and the neighborhood is really active at night.

I feel like the instructions for the code that u need to get inside the building could have been more clear. The code includes pressing a symbol of a key and the way it is written in the instructions, it seems as they are talking about a certain number of buttons u need to press,but besides that everything was amazing. :))

Everything was very close from the apartment ,so the location is very good . The communication with the owners was good as well, they responded to messages very quickly and were willing to help us with anything through WhatsApp. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We also appreciated that we could adjust the temperature inside.

The whole building was old and abandoned never painted or renovated. It forms a very bad initial impression although the apartment makes a big contrast. the apartment is much better than the pictures in the website..

Host was kind and helpful anwering all our questions, the rooms and generally the apartment was comfortable and big enough for 5 guests, kitchen was new and fully equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is perfect as it is very central mear metro and bus stations as well as in Dunabe and sightseeing.

The only thing I'd say I didn't like was the heat and the fact in certain times of the day around budapest you got offered drugs

Having being to budapest in 2020 we had stayed out of the centre so we missed a lot of the buzz of the city. we booked into this apartment because it was more central it gave us more than what we needed. Timi truly is a excellent owner of the apartment

The floor wasn't cleaned well, so walking barefoot wasn't very comfortable and the gate in front of the door was difficult to unlock at first.

The place is right at the city center, very comfy and spacious rooms. The building is a typical older building so you can get that local living vibe. The host answered our calls right away and was really friendly and helpful. Deffinitely recommend!

Great apartment in perfect location for exploring Budapest. Very close to all public transport (incl. airport bus 100E), many places you can reach by foot. Comfortable for two couples or a family with children.

The building is old, so that the first impression was a little bit embarrassing. But the apartment is renovated, large enough for the family and well-equipped. Even though it is located in the city center the apartment is not noisy and we felt comfortable and safe. The host was very helpful. She recommended us an excellent fish restaurant close to the apartment.

Entrance code to the apartment that owner gave us was invalid and we were waited for 1h and a half until neighbors opened a building door. Owner did not answered on all our calls and tomorrow when we send a message she just replied “code is valid”, without any explanation and apology or to ask did we get inside and how. Also apartment is not like on images and it’s in poor condition. Door handle was broken and entire apartment looks derelict! Also we found cockroaches in the apartment corridor…. Cleanness not good as well as we found hair on bed shits and pillows. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!! So Disappointed!

we didn’t receive any instructions regarding checking-in. to get in was quite a challenge, few keys/locks, some of them not working well, the host behaved a bit strange, she insisted to have video call to provide instructions and then she couldn’t recognize the keys… for the suggestion to provide some instructions with the picture the answer was “for 6 yers I had no problems with locks and guests…”. highly not recommended

Beds were uncomfortable. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and it was not well-cleaned. There was a poor internet connection.

The only good thing with this hotel is the location.

BUILDING WAS TOO OLD, ALMOST RUINED. THE ENTRANCE WAS DARK AND SCARING. I WILL SURELY ASK OUTSIDE PHOTOS OF THE BUILDINGS ON MY NEXT STAYS
