The location is perfect for a quieter area of the city but within walking distance of the busier bar areas. All facilities were very comfortable. All aspects considered such as tea bags, shower gel, shampoo etc. Handy to have the washing machine. The host was fantastic with his instructions on finding and entering the property.

The Host- 5 stars Lorenzo, was very kind to let us have an early check-in and was very kind for a flexible checkout. I would like to state, the apartment has everything you need for your stay. It is indeed how it is shown in the pictures, very beautiful and elegant, I must add, everything was super clean and it felt like home for our stay of 3 nights. Also, Lorenzo was always available shorty, to answer our queries :D. The location - 5 stars of the apartment is to die for, super duper great, with an amazing connection to public transport, a lot of eating options (restaurants), also, there are a few stores, and casinos in the vicinity, if you like to splurge money. Touristic- The Budapest Castle, the Parliament, Fisherman's Bastion, and the Budapest Eye can be reached by foot easily. Date night- There are good options of Rooftop bars, that are aesthetically so good. Thermal Bath- Pro tip - do go to Szechenyi Baths, also every Saturday night from February to December , there is SPARTYYYY :), so do not forget to check it out !!! I would recommend this apartment to everyone and honestly would surely book this place, whenever travelling to Budapest again!

The property was super clean and in a prime location, walking distance to all main sites and restaurants, I really liked the apartment! Lorenzo the owner was super nice, periodically checking if everything was ok and gave us some great recommendations of where to eat! A superb stay and highly recommended !

There is light in front of the door but not in the “hallways” from the elevator. I could imagine for some people it is a bit spooky. The light switches on automatically but 1-2 seconds “too late”. Not sure if the apartment owner can even do sth about it. Otherwise very good area and safe house.

Sugar packets would have been good. Washing machine worked well however no dryer facility. Just took clothes to a nearby laundromat to dry them - still saved me a ton of time as already washed, Whilst I worked it out fairly quickly a short note in the apartment on how to access and use the public transport would be handy. Apartment is close to several trams and this was the best way to get around. Luggage storage facility is available at the end of the street which charges 1 euro per piece per hour - worked like a charm.

first of all , the location was amazing. right off the main shopping street. metro stop very close by. lots of nice restaurants and shops around. the check in process was very easy. the apartment was so nice and warm, nicely decorated . the most comfortable bed ever ! great facilities, you can cook and even wash your clothes if you need to. there was tea and coffee there for us too :) Lorenzo was very helpful and recommended restaurants for us and things to do in Budapest. I can highly recommend staying here for your trip to Budapest , it is perfect for a couple or even 2 friends.

The place is very beautiful and clean! It's super well located! So close to everything and still very quiet and cosy! Lorenzo is a great host and super helpful, he gave us a great recommendations and answered every question very quickly! We felt in love with the place and definitely want to go back!

We loved our stay here. We needed to extend our stay due to lost luggage at the airport and they were very accomodating and luckily had availability to allow us to extend an extra couple of days. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have come across during our 9weeks of travelling around europe. Apartment is very clean and has everything you would need and is also very close to the main shopping street

the apartment is located in city center and is very convenient to walk around the city. One of the breakfast location is downstairs, next to the apartment. they serve very good breakfast and coffee. The check-in/check-out process is very easy and Lorenzo is very accommodating and helps you for everything! highly recommended!!

Due to Hungarian holidays only one place was available for breakfast. Opening times were not suitable (too late 1000hrs and 1100 hours depending on the day), we only used 1 of the 3 breakfasts as an early lunch. This is not ideal for couples like us who wanted to be up and out early exploring the wonderful city of Budapest.

Janos contacted us early on the day of arrival (WhatsApp) and remained available to answer any issues or questions throughout our stay. The apartment was extremely quiet, you wouldn't believe that it was in the middle of the city. The one breakfast we had (as a brunch) was good and the Cafe Bar was located nearby (2 min walk).
