Thursday afternoon I went downstairs to let them know the phone in the room was not working nobody pay me no mind I went to the restaurant order some food for room service the lady was at the restaurant was so rude when she came to my room to serve me the food

There was no one to greet people coming into the restaurant. I didn't know where to sit or where to go to order.

Probably the best customer service I've ever received in Haiti, including check in and restaurant service. I got a chicken and brie sandwich that was amazing. I wouldn't order the pizza again. The breakfast was decent. Not everything was out by 6:45, but there was at least coffee, juice, and cereal. Nice hot shower and clean, comfy bed! A free shuttle to the airport that was easy to set up. The front desk staff spoke English.

Service for dinner was very slow and breakfast was not ready by 6:30 am start time. That is a problem if you have an early flight like I did.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush, and there was very little light in the bathroom. Some staff were very nice, others not as much.

I initially tried to book thru their online website and the communication was poor and there was not a way to pay without giving them my entire card number. It was not secure. Booking.com was the better option and the better deal.

The location of the place is convenient, food was okay. I asked for a face rug the housekeeping ladies just laughed and say we have those here. I asked for another towel they said there's one in the room. I'm the kind of person who use a towel per shower. I paid $140ish for the night I perverse to get what I asked for. My room didn't have an Iron I called at 5:30 Am it was 7:00 I was still waiting for it.

The supposedly manager Serge, is the worst manager i have ever known and seen. He is the most incompetent manager in the history of managers. Our room was hot, no internet, and there was a roach. We went to the front desk to report the problem, and this manager literally told us that it was because we were on the last storey and that the sun is very hot. He did not apologize nor changed us to a different room, even less check on us. We spent 4 nights in the room, and the night prior to leaving the next morning he saw us sitting in the front couch, I said to him "thanks for nothing", the guy literally looked at us and replied "yeahh you guys are still here, I forgot about you". When I proceeded to ask him what he meant by forgetting, he cut me off and changed the subject towards my husband's sandal that he has the same brand, in which we did not ask him about nor care. When I told him that he was avoiding the conversation being disrespectful, he shoved his hand to us and left. And the worst part is that we are not even the only ones complaining about his incompetence, and even worst of all, we were already told by the front desk that he wasn't going to do anything due to his unprofessionalism. He's the reason why I will never go back to this hotel and I'm going to make sure everyone knows so that Servotel can change this behavior. This is a beautiful hotel, nice and respectful, gathering all nations, we don't need that type of incompetence, especially after paying so much money

Transportation was the best.. When they picked us up,, we felt safe,, the girl at the front desk was nice. I appreciated the fact that Jerry the waiter was the best person to serve us. He treated us with the utmost respect and was so funny. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable without expecting something back unlike this other guy.
