The only time I saw staff was on arrival, although they gave me a number to ring if I had any problems!

Position was perfect, in the middle of Old Town so close to lots of great restaurants and lots of great discovery walks.

Nice clean room. Everything looks new. Wifi is good enough. Convenient location in the center of old town. A lot of restaurants just round the corner.

Bed was not comfortable, hard and uneven. Unfortunately the owner account was hacked and we almost got scammed for credit card information. We would have liked to be warned about the hack before getting to the reception and asking about it, and I'm sure some less tech savvy people would get their credit card info stolen.

One side of the bed had a dip in it, which wasn't very comfortable. When we woke up in the morning we had no power in the room. There is a pub below which was a bit loud when we were trying to sleep.

Nothing to criticise. Apartment is on 2nd floor and no elevator - to be taken in consideration if limited mobility.

A nice, modern, big enough and very clean apartment, situated in a residential building, in the old city centre. Just 5 minutes walk from the airport bus station. Plenty of restaurants around, the one where breakfast was included was very ok. Kind staff, good communication. A bit of noise from the street but earbuds solve it.

We had to leave the car really far from the room which is in the town centre and we had to pay for that.

There was very little not to like, just be aware that you have to go up two sets of stairs and Zadar streets can be lively! (yet good window insulation isolated most of the ruckus)

The room is located in the center of Zadar. It is on the smaller side but very well equipped, the AC saved us from the scorching heat. The shower is really nice and spacious. The staff was very helpful and provided with a lot of advice on where to go and what to do in the city. They were very nice and guided us to the room and showed us everything. Thank you! Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick.

Maybe label the water heater button. That would be all.

Perfect location in the heart of Old Town Zadar. Walking distance to most sights. Very comfortable. No elevator but we were fine mangaging the stairs. We accidentally turned off the water heater but I'm sure if we would have called them it would been handled. There was A/C and heater too and good wifi.

Breakfast was very good, good food and very close from the apartment. The only thing people. red to be aware is that not everything is included and they might charge you extra. Ask before order.

The floor was sticky and it is quite old. The smell inside the room was unpleasant, but for one night it was durable.

The location is amazing. In the heart of old town Zadar. Easily to be found and near everything you need to enjoy the city. Friendly customer service and always ready to help!

Okay....not on site, only one drink so couldn't have orange juice AND tea. I just wanted toast, but not offered.

Under basics as no shower gel no shampoo, only 1 option for breakfast and 1 drink from full menu as no continental breakfast... also gives voucher for breakfast beside the agency.... not very suitable for the price as not even basics provided..... not worth it only for the location but very noisy as right into the old centre of Zadar and night club under...; the room was OK for the size but not very clean....
