going up to the room (>30/40 steps ) was hard for senior people with luggages. The young man didn't help.

The location is good. The boss and some staff are friendly. The fish dish (Seabass) were very tasty. ( and Boss offer 20% off , Thanks ! )

I suffer from vertigo so had a little difficulty going up & down the very steep stairs. My husband carried our luggage. Not a problem for anyone else. We were on the top floor so ask for a lower floor if stairs are a problem.

We were travelling by bus so loved the location, only a short walk. We were the only ones who booked breakfast so were treated to a personal meal. We had one dinner & it was excellent. The staff was friendly & very helpful. The area is very beautiful. We did a walking tour at 6pm. We loved learning about the town, architecture & history. We recommend doing a tour in the evening as the cruise ship passengers are there in the daytime.

The only downside was there was no iron available in the room or at the hotel when we requested. Not a deal breaker but we would have packed accordingly had we realised.

We have just returned from the most amazing stay in Rovinj, what an unbelievably beautiful part of the world. Our stay at Residence Dream was almost flawless, with extremely helpful staff, clean comfy rooms and the most perfect location. The hotel is situated just off the main road on a beautiful back street full of lovely restaurants, bars and lots of charisma, not only is it beautiful it’s easy to find and just metres from everywhere you’d want to be. We received 20% discount voucher for the restaurant below and the food was delicious, with lots of choice on the menu. I would recommend speaking to the hotel staff if you haven’t made arrangements for airport transfers as they were very helpful in assisting us with this and helped us get a great price too!

Parking is horrible, also the staff would have to know the options to park a car. As the hotel is in the old city's walking part, you cannot even approach the hotel with a car. I had to call the Rovinj parking central myself and download an app on the street to have to possibility to leave the car there after going around for about one hour to find a place.

Breakfast is too expensive, the staff is nice and helpful unless information about the parking situation

Explaining how the parking day pass works.

The lunch was delicious, a healthy salad. We didn't have breakfast but the staff were very accommodating. The position was perfect for us close to everything. The only problem was the explanation for parking, could've given us more information regarding the cost of parking and how to get a day pass.

Parking can be a challenge, but is expected for a popular, small and old coastal town. We used an app to pay for multi-day parking.

Staff was great and very helpful. Thoughtful and friendly. We enjoyed the restaurant, and enjoyed our meals there. Great location (very centrally located, but sheltered from the main people traffic at the same time). We definitely appreciated the air conditioning during our stay (summer).

Extra details like, water/hot water in room for tea or coffee would be nice. Can be noisy at night but we didn’t mind, it’s part of being in a central location! Parking your car can be awkward in the busy summer season. If this is how you are arriving, be aware the (cheaper) car parks are 15-20 miles walk away and the meter/app are tricky to work out… but maybe that’s just us… In retrospect you can drop off your luggage near the bus station and then park 👍

Comfortable, clean, big room. air conditioning, central location, friendly host, good restaurant, residents get 20% discount. We liked being in the midst of it all!
