Location was secluded yet still conveniently close to Cavtat and within easy travel distance of Dubrovnik. Travel to/from the airport was extremely quick. Private pool was pleasantly large and not overlooked. Host Marco was exceptional, very helpful and friendly without imposing on us

Everything. A fabulous villa in an amazing location. Close to all the amenities, but quiet and peaceful. Villa and pool were the ideal place for a relaxing break. Marco, our host was a great help with local advice. Would have stayed longer had we the chance and will definitely be back.

The kitchen was not really suitable for cooking big meals for a group due to a lack of utensils.

The villa was located conveniently near the airport and with a beautiful view. The garden with the private pool was perfect and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

There really wasn’t anything about the property to dislike. The area has some unusual insects which take some getting used to but that’s nothing to do with the property!

Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, private & self contained ground floor villa style accommodation. Very comfortable (our beds were super comfortable) and well equipped accommodation in a peaceful setting. The owner Marko is an exceptional host, friendly, attentive but never intrusive - always responsive and helpful in providing local information and navigation help! The uninterrupted views of the countryside, gardens and fruit trees are food for the soul. Close to the airport and local seaside town Cavtat. I stayed with my sister and 2 children and we loved the place. I could never tire of waking up to that view every morning and sharing coffee under the gazebo. It’s a little peace of paradise. I’ve travelled extensively and this easily ranks among the very best places I’ve ever been. It was all the more superb thanks to the excellent hosts Marko and Nikoleta! (Ps - My children adored feeding the tortoises daily and my sister said Yoga on the terrace was the most exceptional place to soothe the soul) We hope to be back in the not too distant future! 😎

First of all I would like to thank Marko for a very good service, holidays are perfect with such a host. He will tell you everything that you need to know about the area and much more! Villa is located in a small village, 15 minutes away from Cavtat. Within 1-4 km thera are some good restaurants and a market. The pool is perfect for a family with kids, one side is shallower than the other, so it's perfect for kids. We had a great time there and will recommend this place to our friends and family. A dishwasher would be a great addition!

Amazing grounds and the most beautiful views, we have seen some fantastic sunsets. My daughters loved the pool and the gardens. They spent hours playing with the tortoises. The host Marco is amazing, so kind and helpful, very friendly and always ready to answer any question. He is by far the nicest host we have ever met in a holiday rental! Property was spotless clean with all things considered for a comfortable stay. Lovely barbecue area, too. We enjoyed our stay so much, it’s idyllic, peaceful and quiet in the villa with complete privacy, and when you need anything, supermarket is very close. We visited Cavtat beaches and the area Konavle with lots of tips from Marco. We had a fantastic time and my girls absolutely loved every minute of our stay, particularly the pool.

It was so hot that we could have done with another aircon unit but it wasn't uncomfortable because the villa is on a hill and there's plenty of ventilation. Like I said, it won't put us off going again.

Location was perfect - approx 1/2hr from Dubrovnik and 15mins from Cavtat. Pasjaca beach just down the road and a fantastic local restaurant 5/10mins away AND beautiful pizzas from Cilipi, who deliver! Marko was brilliant with lots of tips and incredible knowledge of the area. There was absolutely nothing that was too much for him! The villa itself was perfect for our family if 8! Easily comfortable with plenty of room for 5 adults and three teens (large ones) The pool was a godsend and surroundings idyllic. Thank you so much. We will go back!
