Staff a bit grumpy. Very basic room, no wardrobe. Bathroom across the hall, but not shared.

Room was clean. Located approx. 15 minutes' walk from Dubrovnik Old Town. I was out most of the time and only slept and showered there.

Difficult to find, our booking confirmation stated bedroom with private bathroom and we arrived to find it was a shared bathroom. There was another guest in the room next to us with a shared balcony who did not adhere to the house rules regarding noise.

Apartment and bathroom were dirty, we didn’t get the room we booked and therefore had to share a bathroom. The walls were paper thin and you could hear other guests using the toilet or chatting constantly.

The mattress was uncomfortable, we could feel the springs so not the best experience but we were there one night so didn’t really bother us too much.

Nice location in 15/20 min walking distance to the old town, the host was very kind and we liked the balcony! Everything which was needed (even a fridge) was there and also clean.

The room we ended up with was a lot smaller than the one pictured - the room we were meant to get must’ve been given to the room next to us. The bathroom is not right next to the bedroom, it is next to the front door of the house - not a major inconvenience but not ideal as there are people coming and going all the time. Balcony is shared with other people staying there which is not stated. It is a family home I think and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. Facilities are quite run down.

Location was good, about a 20 minute walk to old town. The accomodation has a lovely view - nice to park up on the balcony for a drink.

The place is in a good location to visit the old town. It's about a 15/20 minute walk to the old town and near bus routes. There's a nice view outside from the terrace areas. The manager was very friendly and helpful and let us keep our bags with her until we needed to pick them up to get our coach. The room itself it fine. It's a basic room and comfortable enough!

The location is 15 minutes away by walk from the city centre. There is a lovely beach nearby and a bus stop 4 minutes away. There are plenty facilities nearby only few minutes by walk.

While the location seems great in theory, it's in fact at the top of a very steep hill, which you have to think twice before descending, so it doesn't exactly feel like you're that close to town center. Staff speak very little English and communication was difficult, although they are indeed very nice.

Very good price for a comfortable room with fridge, kettle, bathroom, good courtyard, all very good relative to the price.

Shared very small bathroom in the hall. Bathroom was not cleaned. The hot water is almost 100 degrees. I burned my hand when I accidentally dit open the hot tap. I tried to explain to the host that she could better lower the temperature of the boiler because this temperature is too high and very riskfull. But she didn’t understand.
