We liked e everything. The room was clean and comfortable and right in the center of Split. Elena was lovely and very helpful and kindly let us check out a few hours after the allotted time.

Finding parking close by was a bit tricky, but Elena let us know what streets we would have the best luck finding overnight parking. It all worked out just fine. :)

This little apartment was clean and was exactly what we needed as we traveled through the area. The location was fantastic, very short walk to old town. Elena was wonderful! She was not able to meet us the night we arrived, but was very clear why and met us first thing in the morning, as she said she would. She was so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay hear again if we get back to that area.

We stayed here for 2/ 3 nights before heading to hvar it is less then 2 minute walk and ur right in the beautiful old historic part of town its unreal ! Also 5 minute walk to ferry port ,The room was very well thought out a little dark but only cos its traditional croatian property which i loved , loads of cosy lighting also shuttle bus from airport will bring you 5 min walk from property!!

The previous guests had broken down a shower wall. So a shower curtain had been fastened very simply with clothes pins. No glass shards on the floor luckily but the look and feel of the bathroom was not at all luxuirous due to this

Everything was great!

Such a lovely place to stay right in the centre. So close to everything which is really handy. The pool was great and Elena was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for the price, value and location

The room was fabulous. The beds were so good. Small kitchen where you can make breakfast. The small swimmingpool is stunning. Nice to cool down after sightseeing. In the center of Split with all the highlights. Supermarkets and bakery nearby. Elena is a super host.

The accommodation was comfortable and the swimming pool crowned the stay. Elena was really friendly and olen mind. It was nice to talk with her and she gave us good travel tips (Krka nationalpark, bluelagoon). She also picked us up from the airport and took us back. The location was good and it was easy to walk to the beaches and Diocletian's palace. The Game of Thrones museum is also nearby. Right next to it is a bus stop that takes you to a large shopping center (Mall of Split). We had a really nice holiday with a friend. We could come here again.

Elena was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very convenient to the centre only a few minutes walk from the Palace walls. We loved walking the little lanes on Radunica. It is a short walk to Bacvice Beach, which was very nice. Would highly recommend Elena's Rooms if visiting Split, which we would hope to do again in the future.

Elena was a wonderful host. She was friendly, kind, open to communicate and to let us ask questions while we stayed. She offered to pick us up from the airport for the same cost as an Uber. This was fantastic as we knew exactly where we would need to go and on the drive she told us about the area and was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The location was amazing and close to many things! The pool was perfect after a hot day exploring. We really enjoyed our accommodations. What a wonderful time in Split!

It's a little difficult to find the property entrance.

Excellent location very close to the ferry port, bus and train station while being in a calm and quiet area. The pool was a very welcome end to the day. The staff were excellent.

Superb place to stay, very comfortable, central but quiet location, lovely room in traditional building with stone walls. Elena was extremely helpful, responsive and great with parking guidance. Great bakery and farmers’ market a very short walk away.

The apartment was lovely. So close to the centre of Split. Elena was the perfect host and even took the time to take us up to Klis. She also sorted out a boat trip for us to Vis and Hvar.

The apartment was really nice and in a walking distance from the old town. Felt like everything was near; the restaurants, cafes, bakerys. Elena was a welcoming host and even gave us a car ride to Klis. It was a really nice holiday where we felt it was easy to walk around and see everything we wanted to see.

This property has so much to recommend it. The room was well-done in terms of decor, quite comfortable, and had everything needed for a stay. The location is outstanding--it is but a few minutes walk to the bus station, the ferry terminal, or the historic old town. There are two really good bakeries right around the corner, and the old town has plenty of eateries, etc. Last but not least, the owner is an outstanding host--remarkably responsive, helpful, and competent.
